Does not tell you what you need to do to prepare
Less than 24 hours before cataract surgery I was told that I did not have clearance for my surgery from two of my doctors, A FACT NOT TOLD TO ME UNTIL THE AFTERNOON BEFORE. Because this clearance could not be provided before my surgery was cancelled. Any doctor that doesn't 'have a good administrative system is not a good doctor. After a day of much angst, this situation was resolved and I was told I could go ahead with my surgery as planned, The doctor is a great surgeon, but I stand by my comments of the administration of her office.
