Mrs louis the office supervisor is VERY RUDE.
I went there a couple of times but they never knew what I was coming in for. So the 3 rd time being there I bought some vitamins and payed at the same time asked for a printed receipt, they were $35. I payed with my medical card. I saw the money was taken out for it. 2 weeks later I got a bill in the mail for the vitamins and a charge of $35. I called and told the person who answered the phone Then I asked to speak to the office manager to also let her know what happened. I said “ I was there 2 weeks ago bought and payed for vitamins they were $35. And I have my receipt. Lois the office manager ( I’m not sure of the spelling of her name ) said are you done with your complaint it was a clerical error and you are wasting my time with this “ I said wow this is the rudest thing an office manager could say. I quickly got off the phone. I’ve never met any of the drs there but i think maybe they would want to know what type of representation they have up front. I will not go back there.

I’ve gone to Dr. Crowe for years and somehow she would always forget who I am. This entire practice lacks compassion. Their front desk staff has major issues with communication. Today I went in for my first pregnancy to see a different doctor (DR. Crowe doesn’t deliver). I waited for over an hour and then was rushed through questions from a nurse who also told me I would see nothing with no explanation. Dr. Williams has been the only person to show compassion in that practice. I will never recommend this place to anyone especially first time pregnancies.

Dr. Crowe performed a total hysterectomy on me and made a potentially scary event extremely easy! She is caring and friendly and makes sure her exams are comprehensive. I'm so glad I was referred to her. Now I'm happy to refer family and friends to her!

Had endometrial ablation 5 years ago for heavy bleeding. It has totally changed my life. Dr. Crowe was extremely caring and explained everything in detail. I have been seeing her since for all of my well woman visits, etc. I would recommend her to any of my family and friends. The office is so comfortable and staff are great!
