Dr Smith is a very talented and educated urologist that provides in depth explanation regarding the medical treatment and procedure. She cares for the patient needs and concerns. She makes the patient to be very comfortable. I had excellent experiences with the surgery, and medical procedures prior and after to my surgery. I will highly recommend her to friends and family.

Unprofessional Conduct
Dr. Smith is cold, uncaring, and dismissive. She demonstrates little regard for the emotional wellbeing of her patients. Her staff is equally dismissive, unhelpful, and unkind.

Dr. Smith also has an MPH which I find an additional benefit for a Healthcare provider. The care and consideration of the commitment comes through in our interactions and explanations of my options. After 3 Urologist I feel like I will find out every possible solution that applies to me personally.
