I wish there was an option for zero stars at all. I just left the office of this doctor. I waited there for one hour and 25 minutes and I was able to see only the nurse. I did wait for the doctor and he was not coming, so I complained about it. The nurse told me he had another patient and then he would come for me. When I went out for the second time and asked if the doctor was coming, I saw a patient who came after me and he did finish his appointment before me, while I was still waiting. And regarding to the nurses, their behavior is the worst. A nurse had the guts to tell me just to leave only because I was complaining. She didn’t say anything at all. She just suggested me to leave. So if you did not trust the previous reviews like I did, I suggest you to trust my review. If you choose this office and this doctor, you will have the worst experience ever. I am saying this from the bottom of the heart you should not choose this doctor. And I’m saying this not because of the doctor, but because of the waiting time and the staff that he has. I can’t find the words to express how disappointed I am. The worst experience ever!!! Ps. I left this review because one of the nurses suggested me to do so. She told me: “ Go ahead and leave a review.” So this is what I did.

Knowledgeable & Efficient Doctor
I was referred to Dr. Samadi by a number of trusted doctors for my son’s tonsillectomy, which I had thought about doing for 2 years. I was in a rush to get it done before school began and I am so grateful I called Dr. Samadi’s office. I had called after hours so I was referred to voicemail which said we could text their number. I texted them and got a response almost q. I even got an appointment the next day.Every part of the process was very efficient. I was told about payment the day before so I knew what to expect. The wait times were very short. Dr. Samadi was very thorough and to the point which I appreciated. He is very focused on evidence and facts of the situation instead of opinion. The surgery was scheduled within a week and again was very efficient and overall successful. My son has minimal pain and no bleeding.I am very grateful to Dr. Samadi and his team. I felt like I was truly in the hands of an expert.

Don't trust
I brought my daughter to this office and was disappointed by the rudeness displayed by the manager and office staff. It's essential for a medical environment to maintain professionalism and courtesy, and unfortunately, this was lacking during our visitThe billing staff at this office refused to submit my claim to the secondary insurance and threatened to send it to collections. Despite my attempts to address the issue, the staff member claimed to be in the highest position at the office, asserted that it was her decision, and abruptly ended the call. Subsequent attempts to reach them were unsuccessful as they did not answer the phone. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service is concerning

Long wait with ride office staff
If you have nothing else to do and really enjoy waiting in a doctors office, then I would recommend Dr Sumadi. We were just there for an appointment for my daughters eardrum. We waited almost 2 hours and never saw the doctor before we had to leave. Nobody from the office called to tell us he was running two hours behind and nobody seem to care that we had to get her back to school by a certain time. When we left before seeing the doctor, I asked what the plan is and I was told he's booked out for several weeks come in and it is my fault because I am leaving early! Leaving early I've been waiting for two hours past my appointment. Apparently the patient's time is nowhere near as valuable as the doctors time please go find a better Ent don't waste your day there.

Horrible billing
There was a snafu with billing after service and they immediately sent our balance to a bill collector who tacked on an extra $207 charge. I called the office and said there was nothing they could do. I told them they just lost a patient and they didn't even seem to care.

We have known Dr. Samadi for over 17 years. He took care of our infant, now 18 years old, who had ear tubes inserted. It was a complete success. Since that experience, both my wife and I have used Dr. Samadi as our ENT doctor and see him every year. We wouldn't take our kids anywhere else and we're grateful Dr. Samadi continues to take them (and us!) through adulthood. At these appointments, he is attentive, friendly, professional, and caring. He takes his time with you and really listens to your issues. The last appointment I had with him was extremely thorough and I really felt cared for. I honestly think he spent over an hour getting me thoroughly checked out. My regular doctor sees me for about five minutes during my annual check up and I feel rushed. Dr. Samadi spends time with his patients and for anyone who complains about wait-time probably should realize it's because he takes his time with patients and there's a demand for his service due to his fastidious care.

I was thr with my kids, one is infant and other is school going, they made us wait 3 hrs , my son missed a day of school for nothing and my infant son was so tired that when it was actually time for his hearing test, he just couldnt cooperate as it was his nap time, and they asked me to bring him earlier next time which i did this time too,and would have got the hearing test done if they didnt make me wait for 3 hrs. The office staff is rude and non courteous, would not recommend this to anyone.

Waited over an hour and half twice for surgery. Don’t waste your time with guy. Completely mismanaged office. The time slots should be spread out more if he can’t keep on schedule. He’s dealing with kids mine was 13 months and 3 years old and young kids need to eat. We also have an infant that wasn’t allowed in the room and couldn’t eat.

Doctor is not bad but his staff is atrocious. They are rude and unprofessional. When we were running 15 minutes late and called to ask if that's ok they said it's fine. When we showed up, we waited for another 25 min and then were told the tech to measure my sons ears for ear plugs has left...that's after we took a day off of work and drove almost an hour to get there with a baby. The office manager then went on a war path without a single apology. Rude is an understatement.

Dr Samadi is hands down the best ENT in New Jersey. I am surprised to see the rude and negative reviews which do not reflect our experience at all. Our older son had very enlarged tonsils around 3 years old and eventually developed severe sleep apnea. We were seeking a second opinion with Dr Samadi as our original ENT at Riverside was very superficial and left a very bad impression. Dr Samadi did a comprehensive exam including allergy testing, sleep study etc before recommending surgery. He was
