Dr. Shaun Ross, MD

Dr Ross is my favorite doctor, he’s helped me negotiate my diabetes for 15 years when I knew nothing about it. I woke up out of my first coma finding out I was now a brittle diabetic. I was lost and confused but when I found him when I moved to this area from Lake of the Ozarks, I needed to find an endocrinologist and he was recommended.

With years and many doctor appointments I finally I got an answer to my health concerns. My labs were done a week prior to my appointment . I didn't wait more then a few minutes in the lobby to be seen I had barely sat down. Which is unheard of for a specialist. Dr. Ross was kind and knowledgeable, he reviewed my lab results with me and answered all of my concerns and questions. His nursing staff is very friendly and listened to my concerns also. I would recommend him to everyone! I finally have answers and an action plan.

Had been seeing him for years for a thyroid condition. When I thought he was no longer the best fit for me because he wouldn’t listen to my concerns and asked to be switched to a new doctor he dropped me instantly and refused to fill anymore meds for me that day. Did not matter if I needed them or not, he did not care.

I see him for thyroid and each visit he has listened to my symptoms and adjusts medications as needed after lab results. He also calls to let me know my results & treatment plan. He doesn't keep me waiting & I never feel ignored.

He always right and know what he talking s out and he carefully review everything and make sure we are okay

Great doctor

They do all the testing that needs to be done even calls to give the numbers off the tests. Very understanding and helpful!

Excellent service and great visit

Did not even touch my son at appointment when complaining of stomach pain which has been ongoing. Had blood work that was abnormal and he didn't inform us about it or do anything about it for 4 months. we found out at an ER visit that he knew all along and it is a big deal medically for him. Also prescribed medication that could cause further problems considering blood work results.

Dr. Ross takes the time to see his patients and is always very friendly and through.

He and his nurse are the most caring people and will go above and beyond to provide care. Dr. Ross has cared for my child since birth, minus the short time that we moved out of state. Dr. Ross and his nurse are irreplaceable and is one big reason we moved back this way.

Our girls have seen Dr Ross since they were born. He has always been friendly and truly cares about their health and well being. One thing I love is if he doesn’t know or he knows who can help better he sends us that way and even helps in setting up the appointment. And everyone he has sent us to has been just as friendly and helpful as he is!

I'm a transgender patient and could not recommend Dr. Ross enough! He's very kind and affirming with my gender and entire transition process and Jessica, my nurse is also great!
