Dr. Sheba Mohsin, MD

Dr. Mohsin doesn’t understand the basics of treating anemia in elderly populations with respect to diagnosing cancer. She is dangerous.

Just be prepared to show up 15 minutes before your appointment, then wait at least an hour.

Do not go to this doctor if you have any form of mental illness. She has 0 tolerance for it and is judgmental.

Dr. Moshin was fantastic. She provided more knowledge and transparency than any other doctor I’ve ever had. She listened without judgement, conducted a complete assessment, made a referral, followed up immediately, and helped me deal with my “health problem” (that’s private). I wouldn’t be the healthy, happy, successful person I am today without her.

WORST DOCTOR IN HISTORY. I went to her in Aug 2019 for mono and she told me nothing is wrong with me and refused to test me for mono, even when I suggested it could be that. I went to her more than 5 times since I was not diagnosed. Every time I got prescribed antibiotics. I had to go to another doctor to get tested. Since we didn’t catch it sooner, I got tonsillitis and had to get my tonsils out. I also went to her for stomach problems in March 2020, which she blew off as gastritis. Flash forward a whole year, I just found out I have had Cdiff for the past 6 months, which is caused by the overuse of antibiotics. She invalidated all of my feelings and suggestions. I would never recommend her to anyone, even if she’s the last doctor in Williamsburg.

My entire family has been seeing Dr. Mohsin for over 3 years now. She has been absolutely wonderful for myself, my wife and our daughter. I don't think I have ever waited longer than 5 minutes in the office after a scheduled appointment time before we are in a room. Her office is quick to answer questions through riverside's mychart online portal.

I have been going to Dr. Moshin for 8 years. I find her friendly and helpful.

Dr.Mohsin have been our family doctor for many years and we Love her! She’s very personable and very knowledgable! My mom very exited to see her every visit and I would recomend her to everybody I know! God Bless You Dr. Mohsin and Your family!

Hurt and having back pain due to injury in a car accident. Only to be told by Dr. Mohsin "Because of your weight the accident only hastened the inevitable." I am a plus sized woman with no history of back pain or injury although she told me she could prove otherwise, only to look into my chart search and have to admit she was wrong. This bias and discriminatory ideology is ridiculous and should not be allowed. Changing my Primary Physician ASAP after being with her since she came to the practice

Absolutely the worst medical experience my entire family and I have ever had. I gave Dr. Moshin and her staff 3 hopeful tries because other family members were also patients. We all had horrible experiences and have moved on to find other care. The most horrific event almost resulted in the death of my mother due to misdiagnosis and lack of care. Please avoid this place!

Rude, dismissive, critical of a diagnosed mental health issue unrelated to what I was being seen for. Will never go back nor will I refer anyone to her ever. No one should be made to feel the way Dr Mohsin made me feel today. I left the office in tears.

After relocating to Williamsburg I went to Dr. Mohsin first and am glad I did. She is very personable and makes the time to listen and talk things over. I do not feel rushed when I go in to see her, which is important to me. Since I have had a consistent level of comfort and connection with her and the staff in the lab (the lab is located in the same office), I feel comfortable recommending Dr. Mohsin to others and I look forward to building on our developing doctor-patient relationship.

Before seeing Dr. Mohsin, I was a patient at Sentara Family Medicine in New Town where I'd only seen nurse practitioners. When "my" Dr. left Sentara, I was informed that I was now considered a new patient there, and none of the remaining Dr.'s were accepting new patients. In trying to find a new Dr., I ended up with Dr. Mohsin. After my experience at Sentara, it was a relief to finally have a Dr. who sees me in person every time and remembers me. She also has a great grasp of mental health.

Knowledgeable and professional. direct and to the point but not in a cold way. She had made a marked improvement in my overall health in just a few months where my previous family doctor did nothing but pawn me off on nurse practitioners that although nice just didn't have the experience necessary to improve my conditions. Until I started seeing Dr. Mohsin, I had never been diagnosed with OCD, which over the years became worse. I had terrible neck and back pain. I was unemployed and had no hopes of securing gainful employment. Even my marriage was on the rocks. A year later now, my wife and I have never been happier, I have the best job of my life, no pains. All that I have is due to God and Dr. Mohsin. She truly cared about me! At almost 60 I know she'll walk me well into my golden years Jerry Williamsburg

My wife and I are patients of Dr. Mohsin and have nothing but nice things to say about her and her staff. She is timely, attentive, caring and thorough. She is direct, which we like, but some may not. She is careful to adequately assess your history and will be conservative with new prescriptions until you are established. We use the Riverside e-portal requesting refills- her staff is very responsive- usually have refills called in same day. I feel fortunate to have her as my doctor.

It was wonderful!!! She is great and understands.

When I told her of a concern her response was to ask me if I had a family history of mental illness. She basically didn't believe my theory on my symptoms/illness and I ended up going to specialist who confirmed through bloodwork that my theory was indeed correct. Instead of wondering if a patient is crazy she should listen to her patients. We're not all idiots!!!
