Never could get a call back!! I never had a visit.
I started december twentieth Trying to establish a primary care physician.I've called approximately 4 times never had anyone Return my call.I would call someone else.A doctor's no good if you can't get ahold of him.

Big improvement in staff service
I have enjoyed having Dr. Mahmood as my primary care physician for 10+ years. I have always found him to be caring, and knowlegable. In the past I had a terrible time with his office staff, but in the past year or two he changed his office staff and now the service is excellent! I would definitely recommend Dr. Mahmood to my family and friends.

very good. We had been trying to get answers with no help from other Drs. Dr Mahmood and his nurse was great . He saw us the same day and got answers immediately. No fooling around or waiting. I liked him very much.

Don't have an issue with doctor but staff extremely poor. Never follows up on additional appts. Never received a call back when I've had other issues. Not recommended. Only doctor available when needed new PCP. Look elsewhere is my advice

My experience with Dr. Mahmood the physician was fine the one time I was able to see him. This review specifically pertains to his front desk staff. The women who work at the front desk taking appointments, receiving patients and managing paperwork are horrendously rude, downright mean, insensitive, callous and absolutely do NOT have the patients' health and well being in mind. I would absolutely NOT recommend scheduling an appointment at this medical office.
