Dr. Jain has been my glaucoma specialist for over 9 years. She is by far my favorite doctor of all time. Dr. Jain is knowledgeable, kind, patient and she has many other positive qualities. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a top notch glaucoma specialist!!!!

Dr. Jain is friendly always taking time to answer questions. She works with me to find the best solution for my eye health. As a result, my eye pressure is now at a normal level.

Dr Shelly Jain is very knowledgeable and leaves no stone unturned. She is very professional, but down to earth. She is the reason I come to the OSU Eye Institute! The care is outstanding.

From my first meeting with Dr. Jain I knew I was in the best hands possible to maximize the care of my sight. She has always explained details of my care in terms I understand and makes sure I understand my options. Recently having corrective surgery for cataracts in both eyes, at not time did I feel apprehensive about any phase of the procedure. Dr. Jain and her office made sure I had all materials explaining the procedure, covered these materials with me and followed up to make sure during the process and recovery I had no problems or questions. Dr. Jain is a very caring well skilled doctor providing life changing care to the community.

I was diagnosed w/ glaucoma in my late 40's. Dr. Jain has been my Ophthlomolgist since the beginning and has been amazing! I feel as though she is completely vested in my eye health. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and provide an understandable explanation. I cannot recommend her and her staff enough!

Dr. Jain has been my mom's doctor for over 10 years. She is more than a 5 Star doctor and because of that I have referred three other patients who are just as pleased with her outstanding services and genuine care and concern for her patients. Dr. Jain really, really, really took care of my cousin in away that there is not enough "thank you's" in the world that I or my family can offer.

I have been seeing Dr. Jain for a few years since Dr. Paul Weber retired. She is kind, caring and her approach to taking care of my eyes is exceptional. She spends time answering any questions I might have. I feel totally comfortable in her care.

Dr. Jain performed cataract surgery on both my eyes. This is one of the best things I have ever done for my health. Dr. Jain and her staff made the whole process very easy and comfortable. I have had no complications from either surgery and my vision is incredibly clear. I would recommend Dr. Jain to anyone who needs cataract surgery.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Jain to anyone looking for an ophthalmologist! I was referred to the Havener Eye Institute for potential cataract surgery, and I'm so happy I was assigned to Dr. Jain. She was so very personable, and it soon became apparent that she is talented in her profession. She explained exactly what the procedures would entail, listened to any and all questions I had, and walked me through what would happen and what was to be expected. On the days of surgery her upbeat and confident persona put me at ease, and both of my surgeries were pain free and went smooth, exactly as had been outlined. I can now see very well (20-30), I can read, drive, and get around just fine, and with glasses I'm told my vision will be 20-20. I am excited to have back the eyesight I had at age 40, and I'm terrifically grateful for all that Dr. Jain has done for me, before, during, and after the surgery.

This is my first time leaving a review for a provider, but my experience with Dr. Shelly Jain was so incredible I felt compelled to share. Dr. Jain recently performed outpatient cataract surgery on both my left and right eyes (two different surgery dates). Dr. Jain was extremely patient with me and helped to ease my feelings of anxiety by explaining the process to me in detail step by step. She also was great about keeping my family aware of everything that was going on throughout my procedures. The entire team at the facility from front desk intake to nurses during check out were absolutely great.

Dr. Jain is a phenomenal Doctor. She was really exceptional. She is my father's Doctor. My father acted upon his first surgery appointment, Doctor Jain waited for him for 4 hours. She kept calling us about my father's situation. My father ended up refusing to go for surgery that day. However, Dr. Jain was still patient with him. Then, she scheduled the next appointment a month later and suggested operating his both eye (this was an incredible suggestion since my father had a hard time going through the preop procedure). Dr. Jain has the high ability to listen to the patient's needs and address them specifically (she doesn't use the one size fit all approach). Doctor Jain is amazing, will recommend to all my friend and relative. I am hoping she will be the one operating on my Mother's cataract as well.

Absolutely! I would recommend Dr. Jain to family and friends. Dr. Jain removed a cataract from my right eye and inserted a lens that allows me to see perfectly! She is very professional and also very kind and calm. Although she is very busy, she takes whatever time is needed to decrease my nervousness about the surgery.
