I have been getting treatment on my glabella and forehead area for a while now here and the results have been amazing !! I love Cindi and all of the staff.

Awful, I posted commentary unfavorable to this doctor. My treatment by Cindi with no md in sight left me permanently scarred. I have spent 10,000 dollars trying to fix this. After formal letters ive heard nothing back. And, Now my first commentary has mysteriously vanished ... hmmm? I wonder where it went

Horrible! They burned the side of my face. It has cost me over 10,000 to get it erased and you can still see it. A MD should have done the laser treatment not the assistant. I, like others, have never laid eyes on Shondra. They did refund my money for the procedure. I sent them a demand letter asking to be reimbursed for all of the procedures to treat scarring. I haven’t received any kind of correspondence, not even an “I’m sorry”. Now I have to pay an attorney. I am livid.

Excellent staff at this doctor's office. Making appointments is easy, wait time is minimal (they do a great job keeping to their schedule and don't seem to over-book), nurses and Dr. Smith are all knowledgeable and friendly and make sure that I understand what I need to know. Highly recommend this office for any dermatological needs.

We've been to this office several times for two different patients, yet we have never seen Dr. Smith. We always see a PA. The PA does not listen to my questions, and forgets to give me prescriptions. They prescribe expensive products my insurance won't cover. The PA did not explain the procedure she was doing, and in fact, talked to her coworker about personal business throughout my procedure. Finally, the chairs in the waiting room are dirty and the plants are dusty.

I have been seeing Cindi at Dr Sonda Smith's office. She has been wonderful. I am very happy with my entire experience there. I have learned so much from Cindi and I trust all her recommendations. I saw another dermatologist in Lafayette before I came to Dr Sonda's office. Not only were they more expensive but I left in tears. They did not listen to me or help me in any way. I will never go anywhere else. Everyone in the office is so nice.

Absolutely love Dr. Smith & her staff. I've had many services done here over the years & have always been impressed & totally satisfied! Lip injections are my favorite. She's extremely quick (60 seconds or less) & consistently perfect at getting them 100% symmetrical! Take it from a very picky makeup artist...if your wanting your lips done or any cosmetic procedure then she's your go-to-doctor!

I love Dr. Smith and her staff. She is busy because she is the BEST! And she hand picks her employees because she wants them to be the best as well. I had a skin cancer scare. I called the office in tears and they saw me the next day. Thank God it was nothing.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr Smith and her staff for several years. I've had some skin cancers and my wife has received laser treatments. I can recommend her office 100%. Besides the excellent treatment I have never seen a doctors office that runs so efficiently. They always see us on time and treat us quickly. Maybe she should consult other doctors on how to run a office.

I have been seeing Dr. Smith for years, I completely trust her and her staff. i have seen her for routine dermatology treatments and for cosmetic treatments.

I've been a patient here for years but once I had broken out in a terrible rash on my face & had to wait two weeks before being seen & they didn't even attempt to work me in. I made the mistake of having lip fillers done here & ended up with uneven, lumpy lips & a hematoma. She also injected me without numbing me & told me "you sure are picky" when I went back for my touch up & expressed my concern on the uneven spots! She basically rushed in & rushed out & was SO RUDE! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

I was there with my teenage son for acne. We never saw Dr. Smith. We always had the nurse practitioner. She spoke to my son exclusively. While I can appreciate that he needed to speak for himself, the reality is that parental supervision is crucial at this age. We spent a lot of money each visit on several medications that were seldom used properly. I would not recommend this office to anyone. I regret the time and money that was wasted there.
