Dr. Benjamin is a spectacular! She and her staff have always returned calls and messages the same day. She has been easy to schedule appointments, though I must admit in recent months her schedule has been much busier so I can't switch around appointments with as much ease as I could before - but her staff has gotten me in the same day/last minute for immediate concerns I had with my pregnancy. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. I highly recommend her if you are looking for an OBGYN

No idea what this other review is talking about, Dr. Benjamin has been nothing but helpful since the beginning of my pregnancy to the delivery. Throughout my pregnancy she had gone out of the way to make sure that I was comfortable and took the time to explain procedures, risks and general testing options available to me regarding my pregnancy/labor. There wasn't a person I came across (nurses, staff at Baylor) that didn't rave about her. She has excellent bedside manner and her staff was great.

I had a stressful high risk pregnancy and can't imagine what it would have been like to go through it without Dr. Benjamin. She was supportive, knowledgeable, and did a lot to help my husband and I stay informed and be prepared for all scenarios. Through the entire process I truly felt how much she cared. She was so patient with me every time I called - which was a lot.

She's very rude. Her staff won't return urgent calls. When Benjamin answers she states "GIVE ME TIME." She yelled at my mother on the phone. She does the treatments her way not what works for the patient. Also watch out for your copay they will overcharge you and won't refund the money unless you get the insurance involved. Make an appointment with someone who is not a scam artist like "Doctor" Benjamin. You could not give me all the money in the world to recommend her to my worse enemy.

Dr. Benjamin is an excellent OB-GYN. As a nurse, I have worked with her for many years and have personally bared witness to what an incredible and brilliant physician she is. The kindness, patience, and empathy she shows towards her patients sets her apart from many others. I have and will continue to refer patients to her.
