Dr. Simon Wong, DO

I saw Dr. Wong twice, but both visits were a waste of my time and money. The office did not collect my family medical history, then they all seemed surprised when I pointed it out on my second visit. Although I was polite and patient on both visits despite their computer system malfunctioning, I was rushed through the actual doctor visit, likely due to the fact that the intake took FOREVER. Dr. Wong conducted no physical examination aside from briefly listening to my heart and lungs and poking my leg twice with his index finger. He ignored my concerns and repeatedly talked over me, even when I politely asked if I could finish my sentence. He dismissed my pain, showing no interest in actually diagnosing my issues, and just offered me anti-inflammatory drugs as a solution to everything. He mansplained physical therapy despite me saying that I had previously completed months of physical therapy and that I believe in its efficacy. I ultimately decided not to schedule a follow up with him.

My husband started seeing Dr. Wong a few years ago and just loved everything about his office and his approach to medicine. So now our entire family goes to Dr. Wong. He is very thorough and always answers all our questions. He takes his time during the visits and we never feel rushed. Everyone that works in his office is very kind. I highly recommend Dr. Wong and his team.

Visited Dr. Wong years ago and must say he is very thorough and takes his time to review everything with his patients. I love the fact that his way of treatment focuses on the whole person and looking towards getting to the root of illness instead of just treating a symptom. Staff is very welcoming as well. Great experience! Will be returning.

This doctor talks way too much about personal issues! And he makes you feel uncomfortable! If I wanted a psychiatrist I would have gone to one! And even though you have an appointment for a set time(and they write it on the appt. card) they try and change it to a different time right before your appointment through a txt!? Never going back to this doctor and I advise you to do the same!!!!!!!
