Extremely disappointed. Find someone else..
We are incredibly frustrated and disappointed with Dr. Kassabian regarding the care of our 16-year-old son. From the start, she was more focused on rushing through a checklist than providing the thorough care our son needed. Lacking thorough examination or thoughtful analysis of his symptoms — just a quick, impersonal process that felt more like a money grab than genuine care. What’s worse, this lack of attention led to our son being unnecessarily put under anesthesia for a procedure that should never have been needed if the doctor had simply taken the time to properly assess the situation. We felt like we were being pushed into a procedure just to rack up costs. Dr. Kassabian is simply not a good care provider for pediatric patients. Our family and our son felt unheard, dismissed, and ultimately subjected to unnecessary risks. We found other care through Sutter Health and my son is on the road to recovery.

Dr.Kassabian gave us peace of mind as she spoke with confidence and knowledge. We are still waiting on answers but she is being very thorough. Very good bedside manner.
