I love Dr. Hassan! Ive been with her for several years, and she is always kind, and listens to me whenever i have questions. If she doesnt have a ready answer, she will make sure i have certain tests done so that she can give me an answer. She always makes sure to validate my concerns, and does her best to re assure me of what im going through is going to be addressed and that she will help me feel better!

Invalidated my chronic illness
I went upon the request of my general doctor, gynecologist, AND surgeon. I was told to see someone for chronic inflammation and/or autoimmune conditions. I was very scared and just wanted help. She made me question the validity of my symptoms by asking patronizing questions. It became very clear to me my symptoms weren't real or important to her, despite all my doctors saying otherwise. I was then told my inflammation can't be treated by her, a rheumatologist... a doctor who treats chronic inflammation? What?? It was very confusing. When I asked if anyone else could help me with my inflammatory/autoimmune condition that is slowly destroying my body...I was told to see dermatology because I had eczema.... as if all the other problems and symptoms didn't exist. I left the office crying. I have seen so many doctors to try and figure out why I wake up every day exhausted and in pain, just to be shut down and ignored. She's just another doctor who doesn't care. You're not her problem.

Thank you for the outstanding work and compasion
I conducted extensive research to find a suitable rheumatologist for my specific medical condition. It took several attempts, but eventually, I had the good fortune of discovering Dr. Sobia. She truly outshone all the other doctors I had consulted in terms of her profound knowledge, exceptional skills, keen awareness, and genuine compassion. In terms of concrete results, my health has significantly improved since I began receiving treatment from her, with a noticeable reduction in the frequency of debilitating flares. Dr. Sobia's extensive knowledge and thorough engagement with my case ensure that she utilizes every available piece of information to formulate a customized approach tailored to my unique needs.Dr. Sobia's caring and engaging demeanor, along with her brilliant professionalism, further enhance the quality of care I receive. An extraordinary instance of her dedication occurred when my father, who also suffers from rheumatoid arthritis, was hospitalized in critical condit

I've seen Dr. Hassan for a while now and she is wonderful! I recently had an OA flare up of my knee. I was unable to walk for a few days. She was able to accommodate me ASAP and removed fluid and gave me a cortisone injection. The next day I was walking normally. I would recommend her to my family and friends.

My daughter was a patient of Dr. Sobia Hassan for 7 months. Dr. Hassan acted as if she didn't believe the pain my daughter was in. H. has Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis since the age of 4. Was an Elite Gymnastics for the USA and had 2 major ACL Surgeries. Her knee was triple the size of a normal knee. When H saw Dr. Hassan, she acted as if H was lying and showed no compassion. Since March, H has seen a new MD. New Meds, and the swelling is down 200%. She is able to walk and exercise.
