Dr. Sonya Marshall, DPM

I try at all costs to avoid going to a doctor. I’m getting like my mother who would always say “If I go, they will find something.” Well, I’m happy I went because what I thought was an infected toe nail was something more simple and felt so much better by the next day.Dr. Marshall was thorough in her exam. After checking the toe, she explained everything in a way I understood. She was kind, answered my concerns and worries and most of all, she was not condescending to a senior of age.I have no reservations in recommending Dr. Marshall.

Refusal to do Prior Authorization for provider’s prescription. Refused to cooperate with insurance company. Lied about doing prior authorization to pt relations and never intended to help patient get medically ordered equipment but “pass the buck” to their referred equipment supplier and never did keep their promises to call or do anything to help get patient treatment prescribed.

Comprehensive, companionate care. Provides excellent care plan with accompanying handouts. Does not push unnecessary treatments.

We have been going to Sonya for many years. She is passionate about helping people and is very kind with a great bedside manner.

She always put the patient first. Explains everything to the patients so that it’s clear. Also helpful to patients needs.

Dr. Marshall is an amazing doctor. Answers any and all questions, kind, considerate and is excellent at diagnosing and fixing foot problems.

I have bunions and needed some guidance on a treatment plan. The office staff was friendly and competent. Dr. Marshall was very thorough and patient. She gave me an appropriate amount of attention and answered ALL of my questions.

They failed to get the x rays my primary had taken before I came for my visit. This dispite that I call them twice and they ensured me they would get them. Then I told then about a drug I used sucsefully before but they told me they wouldn’t prescribe it. Then the dug they gave me had side affects so I had to stop it. I ask if they could prescribe a different one and they said go get the one I used before from my primary. I guess that means our relationship is over.

I really enjoyed visiting with Dr. Marshall! She was friendly and took care of me right away!!
