Wait time was acceptable no long wait to see the doctor.

Dr. Gundala has been gentle, caring, empathetic and supportive. She proficiently answers my questions and concerns patiently and does not rush through appointments. Her entire staff are respectful, and her treatment rooms are kept meticulously clean. My experience at Hope & Healing has been commendable.

Very empathetic. Listens to your concerns then explains things very well. Takes as much time as she needs to be sure your questions and concerns are addressed. Comfortable office and infusion center in the same office.

Doc G is very knowledgeable. Many good Doctors are. But Dic G is special because she is very caring and listens to you. Treats you as a real person not a patient. Truly a great Doctor.

In my opinion Dr. Srilata Gundala should have the highest rating possible. She embodies what patients look for in a doctor of her caliber. During my first visit with Dr. Gundala you could see in her demeanor, and her communication with me over my cancer, that she put her patients first. She also is presented a winnable approach to this illness. Dr. Gundala first explained to me and my husband everything in medical terms, and then she proceeded go back over each issue she spoke about in laymen's terms, so I could fully understand everything that was going to happen during my treatment with her. We discussed each step of my treatment and the reason she was recommending this avenue of care for me. She made me feel very comfortable in how she was going to proceed with me. Dr. Gundala also stated that I would see her for each my chemo sessions and each visit would take place in her office (which has occurred). To have a Doctor in this day and age of this character is unheard of.

Dr. Gundala is very intelligent and really shows her patients and family respect. She never makes you feel rushed and takes time to explain your disease and treatment. Her office is warm and welcoming. We highly recommend Dr. G to anyone going through cancer.

Dr. Gundala has all of the best character traits that one looks for in any doctor, but especially in an oncologist. She is knowledgeable, has great communication skills, and is respectful of both the patient and their advocate. Additionally, her office is conveniently located, and the infusion center is spotlessly clean as well as a pleasant place to spend time.

After having seen like about 3 oncologists (kinda rude careless) finally we found her an feel we are in great hands with Dr. Gundala. She has been very very helpful with my mother an she always goes out of her way to help in any possible way she can. I'm so thankful for that. May god bless her always to keep having the knowledge an love she has to help others. Dr. Gundala is a very intelligent, warm, and comforting person-which are qualities that you do not always find in a good physician. She is knowledgeable about the latest in the cancer care and hematology, and she knows how treat people with respect and kindness while guiding them through the journey of cancer. Would highly recommend her.

I use to see Dr Gundala when she was in Elmhurst, but when she left I couldn't find a dr that was as great as her. After 2 years I was very pleased to find her again. She is very caring and understanding not to mention AWESOME.

I would definetly recommend Dr Gundala. Her office has made me feel loved and cared for. The staff is great and Dr Gundala takes her time with her patients and we appreciate a Dr that listens and understands.

3rd part of my review. It's not just the "open door" but "open heart" and compassion for a lost in illness human being. She has always delivered the highest quality care together with respect.
