Awesome Dr!
I was there for a cervical epidural, which was a pretty high risk procedure. He explained in detail, which did scare me, but weighing the odds, I chose to go ahead, and I'm so happy I did!

Had a procedure done by him on my back after being admitted from ER. He was very caring, listened to what I had to say, asked a lot of questions concerning my back pain and came up with a solution for me to have another block and other procedures because my last block by another dr didn’t relieve my pain. It only got worse. He was very caring, concerned and he took the time to explain the procedure he was going to go with me and my husband. More to my husband bc I was not able to listen due to my pain level. I will be going to him again even though he is 30 minutes away from me. He cared about my pain and about me and it showed through his empathy and compassion he showed for me while in the OR prep. That means a lot when you hace been hurting for over 23 days straight. I have been seeing Dr Mallempati for a number of years with my back pain he is the only doctor that has helped me I have had blocks that lasted for a year I have one scheduled for this week looking forward to it to get relief he is a caring but has a sense of humor that makes you comfortable would and have recommended him

Went to Dr Mallempati for back pain. Pain so bad I could not function at all, constantly felt like my back would break in two at all time day and night. Have done 1 procedure and although not sure what he did, i can say it has helped so very much! I can run vacum cleaner, can wash dishes, fold clothes without pain! I even became brave and worked in my flower garden! Granted to do the outside work I did have to do in intervals with sitting and resting, then do more! He has given me life!
