I have always had a good experience with Dr. Gross up until now. Seven weeks ago she said she was going to call in an MRI for me and as of now as now (seven weeks later) she still has not called the prescription into radiology after over 8 calls and messages left to the office secretary, a manager and her nurse.

Not sure how she is for other areas but she is definitely not who I would recommend for scoliosis. My daughter was in a brace for 3 years and still declining. We went to Columbia for a second opinion and they told us she for sure is in the wrong type of brace. Very frustrating. Her back is in bad shape and we wasted a lot of precious time

Horrible doctor who does not even deserve one star - She thinks she is a know it all. Very rude and shows no compassion. She rushes you through her appointment as if you are wasting her time. Does not want to be bothered with you if the issue has nothing to do with her. She will coldly tell you to go to someone else because she claims there is nothing wrong with you and she can not help you. Go to a real doctor and not this pathetic and unprofessional person.

Dr. Spivak Gross is an example of what a caring, kind, dedicated, compassionate Dr. Should be. She is easy to talk to, never makes you feel rushed and is willing to go out of her way to getting her patient the best care she can find for your health issues. She works great with her colleagues. Hler nurse and receptionist never make you feel like you are ignorant when you ask a question There are some awesome Drs. at Caremount, some fresh, pgood and sadly some that are in the wrong occupation. I would highly recommend Dr. Spivak Gross and her staff. L

Dr. Spivak-Gross is a great diagnostician and a really a rare find as far as orthopedics can go. I have been treated by Dr. Spivak on a number of occasions over the years for diagnosi and treatment for spinal dysfunction. She is compassionate and very intuitive and has never failed to correctly diagnose and offer a prompt response to my needs. I have to rate her as a unique and highly skilled physician with 5 stars. Thank you so much Dr. Spivac-Gross for being there when I needed you.

Dr. Spivak conducted a complete physical exam and asked lots of questions to make sure she was able to properly assess my daughters injury. She was our second opinion because the first orthopedic we went to suggested anti-inflamatory's (which didn't work) and surgery (that just didn't seem right to us). Dr. Spivak prescribed physical therapy, which has been very successful in healing her injury.

From the moment I walked in the door, it was clear they were interested in charging my insurance for physical therapy (she wanted to prescribe it without even completing tests) than in diagnosing, providing information, or providing care. I never even received an explanation of what my diagnosis meant: only that I should pay an affiliated physical therapist.

16 Year old athlete daughter had back pain. She was running for track and the Doctor told her to stop running. Dr. Spivak Gross never did an xray or MRI. After 2 months and a return trip to see the doctor my daughter still had back pain. We went to another doctor, had an xray and MRI.There was nothing structurally wrong, and to go back to running. By this time the winter track season was well under way and my daughter was out of shape and embarrassed to return to track.
