I have seen Dr Roland before and was neither displeased or overly happy with his treatment. Today, however, I came to him with a new issue which he ordered some blood work for, and that was it. He did not even look at the spot on my face that was of concern to me, and my primary care physician who referred me to Dr Roland. I left after paying $30 for a piece of paper (which I could have received from my pcp during my visit with him if all I was looking for was labs) I was in complete shock. This is such a perfect example of a practice clearly taking advantage of insurance and patient. I would not recommend him to anyone, and will certainly not be going back. This is not a psychiatrist office that I came in to talk... how many skin conditions are out there? I wonder how many need to be SEEN to be diagnosed? Apparently he’s so good, that he doesn’t need to look at you. I am disgusted and irritated that I wasted my time and money going here today. Find someone who cares. Roland does not.
