Worst ER experience imaginable
I went to the ER at St Francis Bartlett for a miscarriage on Sunday afternoon. This was a planned pregnancy and my husband and I were devastated. She asked me how I was feeling, completely devoid of emotion, as I was sitting in a room sobbing and in shock. She visited later for about 2 minutes and asked how my day had been. I work in healthcare and know not every doctor is great at empathy or an emotional connection but she was beyond bad.

Stubborn and condescending.
This Dr. Is the most uncaring stubborn person my family has ever encountered. My father in law, 80, has stomach cancer and is on hospice. We had to take him to the ER because he needed an emergency catheter. He had not been able to urinate for over 15 hours. The main hospital ER was too busy so they sent us to the north location. She would not listen to my wife nor the hospice nurse. Even her own nurse was surprised at her belligerence. An 80 year old man groaning in pain was treated like he was just there for pain meds. I hope someone reads this for the sake of sparing them or a loved one from her cruel and heartless attitude towards another human being. She thought knowing someone for 5 minutes took precedence over a nurse who knew the patient for over a year. She finally admitted she was in over her head and we ended up leaving to go to our main Dr. In Nashville. If you have a true emergency, please ask for another physician or leave and go somewhere else.
