Comfortable setting
Everyone at the office is so nice and helpful. They put you in a very comfortable and relaxed state of mind. The PA is very friendly and helpful answering questions and getting you ready for your exam. Dr. Cunningham is very down to earth and lets you know what she is checking and gives you alternative procedures that can be done to take care of your problems. Less evasive than what my urologist offered. She is so understanding and helpful.

Wait time
I had a schedule appointment for 2:45 and left her office around 6:30. I was told that it’s better to schedule in the morning. Other than the wait time she is a great doctor.

Dr Cunningham is the most amazing ob Dr I have been to. She truly cares for her patients in all aspects. She is very knowledgeable with many years of experience. You can talk to her about any problems and she is there with you. She doesn't rush you in and out. I will continue to recommend Dr. Cunningham to anyone that needs an ob Dr.

This rating is due to having to wait 2 hours (as told by staff) for my first appointment with Dr. Cunningham. I value my time and theirs. I understand emergencies happen, but be courteous enough to tell the 15 pregnant women in your office the wait is long. I struggle with plummeting blood sugar levels & can't have food in the office. I also have a career where my clients can't wait. A little heads up would be nice so I can reschedule my day, get some food, etc. Seeking a different provider.

Dr Cunningham is such an amazing doctor and her staff is so wonderful. Yes the wait time is a little long, but to be under her care its completely worth it. She knows exactly how to ease any worry and will answer any question thrown her way. After I had my first child I got an infection and she came back from packing for her vacation just to fix the issue for me.

I waited for an appointment for 4 months. I came in for my appointment and she wasn't even there. She was out for surgery. I had no call, nothing to warn me that she had cancelled my appointment. When I spoke with her office manager which happens to be her mother, I was told this was normal and to bring a book next time as I would wait up to 3 hours to see her. She was almost bragging that their would be such a wait time. I'm not impressed.

After waiting for almost three hours we had to leave with out seeing the doctor. The office staff was very rude. When trying to reschedule.the office staff was very rude and said would have to wait a month for a new appt. The staff then put false information into my medical record to prevent other doctors from seeing me. I then found out from my ins. co. they where over charging me. It was suppose to be my deductible and then 20 per. I was being charged that plus a 30 dollar copay.
