We first visited MFM in May 2018 and Dr. Stephanie lam was the first doctor we saw. She made us feel comfortable and welcoming to this practice. She also performed the pregnancy ultrasound scan and ordered NT scan test during our first visit. I also saw her in my 20 weeks office visit after the fetus’s anatomy ultrasound scan. She listened to my concern and provided me her opinion. MFM runs an organized and efficient operation. I delivered a healthy baby in Nov.2018 and appreciate this practic

Dr. Lam is amazing. She's super nice, low-stress but also very serious about what she does and very knowledgable. I had a breast cancer scare a few years ago and was very calm but told me exactly what steps to take and what to worry about or not worry about... Like the other reviewer, I've also followed her twice and while I'm not in love with the location of the new office, I wouldn't even consider going to someone else. I've referred several friends to her as well.

I've been going to Dr. Lam since 2009. I've followed her twice when she's moved offices. She's my favorite doctor I have ever had. So easy to talk to, so personable, so knowledgeable... SO PERFECT. She currently practices on the upper east side (a pain in the butt for me to get to BUT...) at Carnegie Hill OB/GYN... these offices are pristine, clean and cheerful. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. A+++

Very irresponsible. I had an appointment a couple days before my prescription needed to be refilled and she canceled the day before with no explanation. I begged for someone in the office to see me before I was left without medication and they said no one was available and there was nothing they could do. They did not attempt to fix the problem or to help me solve it. I would never recommend them to anyone I care about because it is clear they do not care about anyone.
