Bad Surgery
On January 30, 2024, my husband had a valve replacement surgery performed by Dr. Olenchock. He was released from the hospital after an overnight stay. Three days later he was readmitted to the hospital for a punctured femoral artery due to the valve replacement procedure. He had bled internally so much that it pushed his bladder completely to the left. If it had not been for a great vascular team headed up Dr. Pothering my husband would not have survived. It took almost three months of hospital stay and rehab for him to come back home.We expected great things after our initial office visits only to be disappointed. I see so many good reviews I want people to know that this doctor is not infallible.

Dr. Olenchock took time to fully explain my surgery options and together we put together the option that was best for me. His conservative approach, skill, and experience gave me confidence in proceeding with the procedure. I would highly recommend him to anyone, including family and friends.
