Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Dr. Brown, from a referral, administered sonogram cortisone injections in my hip for pain. Dr. Brown was very professional and talked me through each step of the procedure. He was very confident-competent thoughout the entire process. I would recommend Dr. Brown gladly if asked.

Dr. Brown was professional, courteous, and informative. He completed a physical and visual exam of my son's back and took the time to reveiw as well as provide details of what he observed from the xray.

I came to the clinic because of severe pain in my foot. I couldn't stand on my foot. The visit went smoothly and timely, and I saw Dr. Brown immediately after the xray. He and Dr. Dawson were thorough and explained everything well.

My visit was good. The physician assistant was very caring and professional. He conferred with the Dr Brown during my visit before giving me my shots. When he finished my shots I was asked to take a seat and Dr Brown came and introduced himself. I was little surprised. Normally I see the doctor first. That was a little unusual, but the shots were effective. My shoulder is a lot better and my knee is somewhat better. I am going need my regular shots for my knee.

My visit with Dr. Brown and his PA was great. They both listened to my concerns and addressed the issues with options to make me comfortable. The ONLY issue I had was at Check in. They REQUIRED my SS# per their policy. Also they stated in writing there is no law to prevent them from requiring your SS#. They claim it is to prevent identity theft but that's how it happens, when your SS# is out for public consumption. They have your photo ID and insurance card (they verify coverage before you're seen) and admit that is all they actually need to process claims. So beware, their threat of force for you to provide the not needed SS# is they will require you to pay for services provided in full. You the patient must wait for reimbursement and not get the benefit of the negotiated rate your insurance provides. To the best of my knowledge I have shared the facts as they were presented to me. This is my personal review and opinion regarding regarding my visit today.

Yes he was very thorough and attentive. He and his nurse were funny and made my experience good. They made me comfortable and relaxed

Dr.Brown was extremely kind & informative. His bedside manner is refreshing. I had a few reservations about the procedure, but he was quick to calm my fears by explaining everything to me. As both a nurse and patient, I had a lot of confidence in his skill, & would highly recommend him.
