I was put on hold for 16 minutes and then hung up on on 3-26I was waiting to find out the status of a referral that was sent 5 days earlier I had called the day before 3-25 and was assured by the person on the phone that they had the request and it would be sent over that dayThe whole office is NOT on the same pageI was denied the referral on the day and time of my orthopedic appointment because they had not seen this body partThey had 5 DAYS to tell me I needed to be seenNow my condition is worsening and I get to visit this horrible office so I can get the care I needed I PLAN ON changing my primary after this visit DO NOT use this office for anything Truely horrible care

I was blessed the day I met Dr Stuart Bagatell. He has been my doctor for many many years. He always takes the time every visit to listen and I never feel rushed out. He's always returned phone calls to me even if it's for refills or just to check on me. You just never find a doctor these days like him. I have recommended him too many of my friends and they say the same thing. I just had to let him know how lucky we are to have you as our doctor. You're the best. And also I wanted to let you know that the young lady at the front desk who answers the phones by the name of shylene is the most sweetest, kindest and as always so nice and friendly and helpful that I just had to mention her name to let you know how grateful we are and you are to have her. Dr Bagatell exemplifies professionalism, knowledge and caring. He is thorough, gives you his time and shares his knowledge. My husband and I became his patients in 2016. When my husband was nearing end-of-life in 2018, he provided excellent palliative guidance. I continue to be his patient.

Dr. Stuart Bagatell is a true professional. He gives 100 percent all the time. He is an Internal Medicine Specialist. He has been my primary Doctor for seven years. He is simply the best Doctor I have ever had. I have lived in NY, CT and SC prior to moving to FL. Key attributes that Dr. Bagatell exhibits each day. Excellent communications with his patients. Haven't seen him in the 1.5 yrs he's been my primary. I'm wondering what he does do outside of being a training physician.

If I could see Dr. Bagatell, I would give him 5 stars and definitely recommend him. Unfortunately, Dr. B's job is to supervise 12-14 "residents", who are doctors-in-training. So when you go in, you will see one of these residents and if you have a continuing problem, you will see a different resident every time. I had a continuing problem, and my problem was not solved. In addition, the referrals that I got to specialists were poor. Also, when I was referred to a specialist, Dr. B no longer wanted to be involved with that issue. He considered it the specialist's problem at that point. As such, I cannot recommend this system. Patients are best served when the see the same, fully trained doc each time they go in. Patients are best served when they are referred to the best specialists for their problem. Patients are best served when their primary doc makes sure the specialist they referred the patient to is treating them properly. I was not getting any of this, so I changed docs.

Dr. Bagatell is the best. Really caring and knowlegible ........... has taken care of me for a long time. The only problem I have is that I cannot see him personally every time as other doctors do fill in, but I understand and so far the doctors who have filled in for him have been very good.......He always stays involved even though I don't see him......I can't say enough good about him....He's awesome.

The office is great, understanding, schedules appointments so you don't have to wait. Dr. Bagatell is so knowledgeable about different drugs and how they work and what the side effects are. He really is careful about what he prescribes and follows up with a phone call himself to make sure I am reacting as he expected. He is genuinely caring, I never feel rushed or like I'm boring him when speaking to him. He wants to know everything and keeps a record of everything I tell him.

I had not had a PCP in a long time. Finally have found a doctor that listens and makes you feel secure in his decisions. Highly recommend Dr. Bagatell.

NOT ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS. Will be forced to see another physician who is horrible. The good doctors of the practice do not accept new patients. Find another practice!!!!

Dr. Bagatell is caring, very understanding and exudes professionalism. If Dr. Bagatell is not readily available, a member of his competent team is always available to see me at a short notice.
