We were referred to this office by another physician for my daughter to be evaluated for a continuous ENT problem. Little did we know how lucky we were at that moment to have walked into this practice and to have Dr. Hardy to take care of my daughter. This office is efficient, professional and friendly. They answer the phone when you call, they call you back in a timely manner, and make scheduling appointments easy. On the day of our appointment we were greeted quickly and then only had to wait a few minutes before being taken back to a room. The intake nurse was patient and pleasant to my teenage daughter as she was describing her chronic ENT problems. And then we met Dr. Hardy. He was exceptional, just as patient and kind, listening intently to my daughter's concerns and then addressing each one. He is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. We didn't feel rushed and felt heard. His treatment plan worked and finally my daughter has began to feel better!!

I recently had thyroid surgery performed by Dr. Hardy. I was incredibly nervous as I had never had surgery before. He really put my mind at ease and did such an excellent job. We opted to have the surgery done here as opposed to Chapel Hill. I talked with some local doctor friends who all spoke very highly of Dr. Hardy. So glad we made that decision. He was also excellent with follow-up. I had a question the day after surgery, and he called me in between his surgeries. Highly, highly recommend!

My 78 year old mother was 8 minutes late for her appointment today. They told her she would have to reschedule her appointment. Totally unacceptable, they were only 2 other patients in the waiting room. We will find another doctor who is more understanding

My father in law was recently a patient of Dr. Hardy's at the hospital there in Wilmington, NC. His expertise was evident and his honesty was something that my family appreciated more than he will ever know. He had a wonderful bedside manner and was able to explain things in a way that we easily understood what was going on & what the plan should be. We are grateful for his care. Thank you.

I’m so thankful for Dr Hardy! I was having some issues, he listened to me and took action. We went from the exam room to his in house surgical room. He biopsied the lump in my neck and turned out to be cancer. My physician kept treating me for viruses. So thank you that Dr Hardy took that extra step! That was in 2014 and have been cancer free since 2015! Thank you Dr Hardy and staff!

I was so touched how caring this doctor is. I have worked in a hospital and saw unemotional doctors talk so cold to family. Dr. Hardy is a model for doctors to follow. May God bless Dr Hardy.
