Very Satisfied/ Great Oral Surgeon
With an upcoming vacation shortly ahead of me, I suddenly had serious tooth pain and needed an extraction and an implant prep in a hurry. Dr Kurtz got me in the office the day after I called his office. I didn't even need anethesia. I opted out and just took the novecaine. The staff answered all my questions and I had many. Dr Katz also answered all my questions. I was a bit nervous but their encouragment and bedside matter made me very comfortable. They called in my scripts. I left there with a Post OP packet with instructions. They also called my dentist to make a follow up appointment to get my temporary tooth

I would NOT recommend Dr. Katz. He did not explain any post surgery information. I had complications and went back, poor bedside manner, very rushed, and he did not explain what possibly could have caused the complications and what to do next. He prescribed a stronger antibiotic and skirted out the office. I asked assistant if he can come back, I had questions and he did not return!

I had my wisdom teeth removed. I was in horrible pain and wasn’t prescribed any pain medication. He did nothing when I was having nerve pain after the surgery and I continued to have nerve pain for 2 years after surgery. He acted like the pain wasn’t his problem and told me I shouldn’t have pain and to take Advil.

Dr. Katz is a horrible dentist. He isn't my usual dentist but had to have Osseous Surgery. The dental assistant had to tell him that I was being put to sleep. He gave me something in my hand and I could feel it going thru my body. I was starting to feel drowsy but wasn't completely asleep when he started going in my mouth. I complained about the pain and he told me to shut up. I cried, cursed him out and told him how he is supposed to do it and he just walked out without apologizing.
