Was a patient in 2021 when I was diagnosed with Lupus with all my labs being negative. I took them for about a month because I was in so much pain. After thinking about it I didn’t feel comfortable taking meds for something I didn’t have. So I stopped. I never went back. They never called to see why I missed my appointment. Nothing. I recently made a Labcorp account where I found out that I tested positive for Lyme disease. They never called. This was results from 2021 that I found out last week on my own suspicion. Me and my primary have gone through so much testing and specialist that were totally pointless if I would have only known about that blood result. Totally negligent on her behalf. My opinion is that she knew she was losing me as a patient so why bother looking at my lab work to inform me. Lyme disease makes so much sense. It’s mind blowing how she gets away with being truly negligent.

AVOID!
Her office is a literal nightmare of a mess. Dr. Ganguli was fine as a doctor. No better or worse than any other doctor. However, her office staff are non-responsive. They never answer the phone or respond to correspondence. Good luck getting any info out of her office. Appointments are always late. You'll be there for hours waiting on office staff and the doctor to get it together to be seen.

Awful. Do not recommend
Awful. Saw her the first time. She has you to do tons of lab which I had just done with my regular doctor. Second visit says lets do steroids which was the same thing I had done with my regular doctor. I asked questions she was very rude and said to me what med do you want to take. I am not a rheumatologist. Then she never called meds in nor do they answer the phone when you call. She's in the wrong profession.

Too long
This is the third time I’ve been at her office. The first was ok. She was very nice and informative with what little knowledge she had. I came for a follow up for bloodwork and she was 30 min late to the office (so therefore 30 min behind). I had somewhere to be so I rescheduled for the very next day first thing in the morning. Low and behold, I showed up and she called to say she was running 45 min behind! She had stopped to get ink for her printer and then spent 15-20 min in the office talking to the mechanical repair man before seeing anyone.

Dr G, I was a new patient, I was seen within 15 minutes, I got blood work done the first day, my next apt was a telemed visit and it went great she answered all my questions and I found out I have lupus :/ but she's even writing a letter to my employer abs letting them know that I have this disorder so that's amazing but sooner or later I'll be without a job and I'll have to file for disability bc it interferes with my job.. but overall I had a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE..

Doctor moved without any notice. Very rushed at every visit. Staff in old building very rude. New building staff are nice enough but don’t follow up. I have lupus and saw her Wednesday in the middle of worst flare of my life and after 5 days still don’t have my meds. Patients aren’t first priority here. Looking for new doctor

Obscenely long wait times just for 5 minutes of her time. She does not explain anything, and just writes prescriptions. They do not answer the phone or return calls. Extremely frustrating. Told her my symptoms are not any better and the meds were causing me to develop severe infections and was basically told that I would inevitably get sick and I would just have to deal with it. I am currently trying to find a new rheumatologist.

If I could leave 0 I would, when I went back for my test results she came in spoke and said you have LUPUS, these are the meds that I'm putting u on Hydroxycloroqin (plaqqguenil),and methotrexate. NEVER DID SHE EXPLAIN THE MEDS LET ALONE EXPLAIN LUPUS or what to expect. Never said what type of lupus, so I get the meds what she told me I would be TAKING is not what she called in (no phone call to say it had been changed) So I called because I had a question left message took 3 day to call back you could tell the nurse that called DIDN'T WANT TO BE BOTHERED, the question was THE LABLE SAID DO NOT TAKE WITH ASPIRIN I TAKE ASPIRIN (HEART DR.PUT ME ON) well IF WANT DONT TAKE IT YOU CAN TALK TO HER ON THE 7th of October, GUESS WHAT THATS ONE APPOINTMENT I WILL NOT KEEP.

I really dont even want to give 1 star! DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!! The reviews about the wait time, shortness of time spent with the doctor (if you can call her that) and rude staff are VERY true. But here is the worst part of it...I went to a different rheumotologist and found out that the test results from Dr. Ganguli showed that I DID NOT have RA!! I do have fibromyalgia but no RA. So, I was taking medication for something I didnt even have. I am still in shock and really dont know how to process this.

Office is run poorly. Don’t answer phone. Dr barely gives you time to ask any questions. Only our 3 rd visit and not sure how much longer we will use her as we have to drive over 1 hr

One of the best Dr's I've ever had. I had allergic reaction to an infusion and 911 was called from the office, she stayed with me the whole time with an office fill of patients. Dr Ganguli, has shown me that she cares about her patients and will go above and beyond if needed, she has the most excellent staff, kind and friendly and takes care of her patients. I have and would refer her to my friends and family.

At my last appt, I waited 3.5 hours to see Dr. G and she gave me less than 5 min of her time before she ran out of room! Her staff is so rude and arrogant. They don’t return phone calls. In the past, I’ve had to drive to her office to get them to take a message for the nurse! Dr. G blew me off during my last flareup. Very scary. I finally had to ask myself why I was still at this clinic??!! When I requested my records, Dr Ganguli was very mean & nasty. So unprofessional!
