I recently called Dr. Ulmer's office to make an appt with her I am on Medicare but also on Constitution Life Insurance before I could tell the lady that I had another insurance she STATED that they no longer take Medicare. My cardiologist recommended her to me as I am also a patient with Dr Brian Hughes at Diagnostic and Dr Collins thoughts I would be better served with a doctor from Diagnostic. I was startled by the receptionist voice. I was stunned and hurt by the tone of her voice.

Dr. Ulmer was very helpful, kind, attentive, and patient with me. She helped to answer a lot of questions and helped to decide what approach I should take. She was thorough and found out things I did not know we're going on.

Couldn't have had a worse experience with a doctor. Condescending, rude and cold. Worst bedside manner I've ever seen. Surprised she has any patients.

AT ALL COST DO NOT COME TO THIS "DOCTOR", IT WILL BE A WASTE OF TIME, EMOTION, AND MONEY. SHE IS NOT UP TO DATE ON THE LASTEST MEDICATIONS, IS COMPLETELY RUDE, TALKS DOWN TO YOU/OVER YOU, AND HAS THE GAUL TO INSULT YOU TO YOUR FACE AS YOU ARE TRYING TO RECEIVE HELP AND ADVISE. SHE SHOULD HAVE HER LICENSE REVOKED. SHE IS A SHINING EXAMPLE OF WHAT IS WRONG WITH OUR MEDICAL SYSTEM.
