Very blasé approach to the patients needs. Refused to order an xray even though I can barely walk. Considered no options to relieve immediate pain and said there's "nothing to be done" (this was after a 30 second diagnosis and again, no xrays). So I hobbled out of the office in the same excruciating pain I came in with, with a prescription for stronger Ibuprofen than I already have. Highly unprofessional. I'm very disappointed Novant allows this type of practice
