Have been seeing this doctor for months now and only continue because of my insurance. Dirty, unprofessional. Wife/receptionist is unknowledgeable. Dr sees you in his private office, does not greet me or inquire about my pain level. Indicates with his head for me to put on blood pressure cuff, sits scrolling his cell phone, hands prescriptions and that's it. Sent my GP a multi page assessment after 1st visit, but saw me for only 5 min. Injections done in unprofessional manner. Getting out ASAP.

Would never recommend. Kept asking why I was there and what I wanted. Have seen pain management 2 previous times in 17 years. This visit made me speechless.

My husband was referred to this place by TRI-CARE, very poor service. No one ever answers the phone. Sent in our copay, check was returned when we went to the office to pick up a copy of our records we were told they never received our co-pay, went home checked with our bank and the check had not cleared, stopped by the office gave them another check this was almost 2 months ago and they still have not deposited the check. I called them and asked them to deposit the check, still horrible service

Saw Dr Siddiqui on a TRICARE Prime referral. His office communicated via email, which was nice, but then never responded to inquiries. I went to his office, which was bare, spartan and undecorated. Tere was a large TV in the corner which was blaring morning game shows. I asked all other patients waiting, and noone was watching it, so I asked to have it switched off; the staff flatly refused.

Saw dr. 2x- initial visit & trigger point injections. Very dissatisfied. I didn't feel cared for at all. Felt rushed during initial visit & at injections time was asked exactly where it hurt, which was in many places and I thought he was supposed to know where to inject trigger points, but he just poked where I said a few times and went on his way. Didn't talk to me afterwards, didn't ask me to see office staff, didn't tell me to follow up, nothing. Still waiting to hear from them for a f/up.
