Extremely rude doctor
Came into the office for a routine wax removal. The doctor put some unknown clear fluid , supposedly water, into the ear causing extreme pain. When concerns were brought up that there was a perforated eardrum in that ear the doctor dismissed that concern and rudely said that I was wrong. Later in the evening there was clear discharge from the ear that stung when touched. The doctor made no mention of a possible ear infection when there, nor was there one when appointment was made, so the discharge is of great concern. I will never see this doctor again.

My daughter needed to get a frenotomy procedure done and Dr.Wakefield did a great job in doing so. She was pacifying and did a great job making us and my baby girl feel safe. She was very profesional and open to answer all the questions that I had.

I had been experiencing severe throat pain for over a month. Each doctor I went to didn’t treat me and eventually ended up recommending me to go to an ENT. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Wakefield who was absolutely amazing. She immediately examined me and gave me the correct diagnosis. She was also extremely compassionate and took her time to listen to me.

Dr Wakefield is hands down the best ENT specialists I’ve ever been to. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Years ago when I was having ear pain she was smart enough to know it was coming from TMJ and I was able to fix the problem. That’s a real doctor that thinks, and cares. Thank you Dr you have a patient for life. Great doctor all around, sweet, caring, professional, and very thorough without asking.
