Office Timestamps visit
I have timestamps for how badly operated and disappointing this office is. 11:15: I arrive to my 11:30AM appointment for dr. Garnier, sign in, and ask how long the wait will be, knowing they are always behind. They said they don’t have that information for my doctor, but the other doctors are 20-30 minutes behind. I accept, because I anticipated this disappointment already.11:40: still waiting, I walk up to the front and ask again, how much longer, the nurse said she’d check. She came back and said she didn’t know.12:10: finally brought back by the medical assistant. Now having to wait in room.12:18: the medical assistant leaves, finished with her portion.12:45PM: still waiting on doctor. Went out to check, they said she’ll be right with me. Meanwhile, I can hear the medical professionals giggling about patients infections and IUDs and urine samples outside of my door. 12:48-12:54: dr garnier came into to chat with me, didn’t seem concerned about my condition, which an urge

Best OBGYN I’ve ever experienced. Throughout my whole pregnancy she was hands on, listened to me and made me feel comfortable. Best part, she delivered my healthy baby boy.

The BEST OB GYN
I have immense admiration for Dr. Garnier. She has diligently guided me through my pap smears, mammograms, and all other necessary tests as I reached the age of 45. Dr. Garnier possesses both exceptional interpersonal skills and profound knowledge in her field. Despite the extended wait times, which I comprehended due to the patients requiring urgent care before me, I am grateful for her consistent care and attention. She is truly a gem!

Horrible experiences
Appointments are rushed. She was very dismissive of my concerns on multiple visits and as a result misdiagnosed my health issue. I finally sought out another provider and was able to be diagnosed and start treatment after 1 visit.

Dr. Garnier delivered my son. Although it was considered a high-risk pregnancy due to my age, everything went smoothly. I found her calm and easy to work with.

Made multiple attempts to schedule an appointment with Dr. Garnier as a first time patient. I was giving the run around. They say policy states that pregnant women seen by a previous doctor have to have information faxed over prior to being seen. I informed the receptionists that I wasn't seen by a medical provider, but rather a volunteer-based organization that would not fax info to Dr. Garniers office, but would provide to me. I offered to bring in paperwork provided by that organization so I can schedule an initial appointment. I was told they had to seek permission from a nurse if that would be justifiable to schedule and appointment. Had I initially said I completed the pregnancy test at home with no medical care, I would be permitted to schedule an appointment. I was told the nurse would follow-up with me ten days ago. I've called multiple times since then to request an appointment. How is it this difficult to request an update in order to schedule an appointment? Each time I've been told nursing staff and the doctor are unavailable. I will be seeking another provider due to failure of staff to follow-up with me in order to schedule an appointment. Very disappointed.

Dr.Garnier does not listen. She over talks me when I have a question and is rude in a way . I’ve been in pain for about 2 months now and have a very big work load . I asked her for maternity leave and she basically told me she couldn’t do that because nothing is really wrong with me. I’ve canceled my next appointment and found another provider.

I liked Dr. Garnier, however, I am very disappointed to have to write this review and discontinue my visits with her. I called the practice 6 months prior to schedule my appointment, 2 weeks prior to my visit the staff calls me to let me know we need to reschedule and it will have to be later into the next year. I am now scrambling having to find a DR that will see me during this holiday time and end of the year. Needless to say I am completely frustrated because I made this appointed several months ago and they did nothing to accommodate the patients needs due to their inability to schedule appointments. This is a paying service like anything else, I will be sure to take it to someone else deserving of it. Keep this in mind when you have an appointment scheduled and they hold no consideration for you as a paying patient.

Worst OBGYN I've ever had to deal with and I haven't even met her because of the RONA. You've gotta pay for the delivery up front even though the delivery could happen at home or in the back of an ambulance. My wife tells me that she doesn't listen to anything she says when she's actually able to see her doctor. None of her concerns are considered. Clearly she's not telling us the truth because she discourages a birthing plan and there are no birthing classes but she's consoled her to not worry about a C-section because she thinks we'll be having a natural birth. Gimme a break. Fortunately, she knows how to hire a good staff because otherwise I think the practice would sink.

I had the most awful, heartbreaking experience with Dr. Garnier and I hope this message will serve as a warning to others. It has been almost 2 years since I was forced to deliver my child via c-section because Dr. Garnier had a flight to catch. I still, to this day, cry thinking about the experience and how she destroyed one of what should have been the most precious moments of my life. She was not personable throughout my pregnancy and tried to force test on me to make more money. I later found out she would be paid more to do a c-section so that is why she forced me to have one. It was awful! I was screaming crying and had to be put to sleep for the surgery. She was rude, arrogant, and condescending to myself and my family. Please save yourself the heartache!!

Love Dr. Garnier. She has been my doctor for over 9 years. Helped me with 2 high risk pregnancies. She guided us through some difficult decisions, but didn't make the decision for us. She has the biggest heart and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

The absolute worst doctor experience of my life. She doesn't answer questions, rushes through appointments, handles labs unprofessionally. Don't put yourself through it. It's a disaster. I hate having to give ANY stars. There should be a zero stars option.

Dr Garnier has always been very attentive during my visits and has correctly prescribed the appropriate treatments during the 5+ years of seeing her. I've had three high risk pregnancies and have encountered many physicians and Dr Garnier falls under the category of exceptional.

Her care is mediocre and were I to need care during a second pregnancy, I would look for another doctor. As a first time expecting mother, she wanted me to have an ultrasound once a month even though baby was thriving. She rarely explained the medical rationale for such requests or her plan for care. I often felt rushed and that she had one eye on the door and another on me during each appointment. I would not strongly recommend her.

non-attentive, takes calls on personal smart phone during appointments, does not allow for questions, does not listen to patient concerns, rushes patient in and out and skips on quality care and procedures ...... seems to not care about patients. terrible experience on both visits and I will not recommend or return to this particular Doctor. Buyer beware.

This doctor saved my life, and caught my cervical cancer early enough before it reached a critical Stage 3, all because she decided to take the precautionary Pap smear (even though one had been done the year before) and a biopsy.

Dr. Garnier is awesome! She is very knowledgeable and as we're all questions and concerns! The office staff are very professional. The wait time is a little bit longer but that to be excepted in a busy OB/GYN office! I would defiantly recommend all my family and friends to see Dr. Garnier!!!
