Terrible bedside manner.
Dr. Cross was extremely rude during my prenatal visit. She rushed me and was annoyed I wanted to deliver at a certain hospital. I decided to switch providers.

My recent visit with Dr. Cross was fantastic. The office was inviting, clean and very comfortable. Dr. Cross and her staff were friendly and professional, and I am very satisfied with the care and attention I received. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends.

Dr. Cross is one of THE BEST doctors I have had. Good listener, professional, courteous, concerned, competent. As another reviewer said, she does not cut corners. She is thorough and will take all precautions to address your health concerns.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Cross. Her bedside manner was stupendous! In 2017, I went into septic shock and needed to take antibiotics intravenously. This caused me to have an IJVT. I was prescribed a blood thinner, Xarelto, which caused me to bleed excessively. When I was admitted to the ER, Dr. Cross was called to complete a Pap Smear. I have had issues in the past that has prevented me from ever completing a Pap smear but Dr. Cross was incredibly patient with me although unsuccessful she recommended that I visit her office to complete a Pap smear while under sedation. I have yet to go due to not having insurance. I will be graduating next year and look forward to making her my primary Ob/Gyn when I get insurance. P.S Pay no attention to the 1 star reviews. Her first few negative reviews were written by disgruntled individuals after Dr. Cross went viral in October 2016 for being racially discriminated against.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr. Cross. Last year my teenage daughter had to receive a cyst removal surgery on her ovaries. Through out the whole experience Dr. Cross was very patient, informative, and compassionate. Not only did she do an amazing job with the surgery but did everything possible to save both of my daughter’s ovaries. Additionally, her staff is very professional and helpful. Now my two daughters and I are aIl patients of Dr. Cross. I completely recommend her to anyone.

My experience with Dr. Cross has been phenomenal. Even though my pregnancy hasn’t been difficult I have had one particular scare and she attended to my aid in a timely manner. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs an obgyn. She doesn’t cut corners she keeps it REAL.

We had a good experience with Dr Cross. Appointments at the office were easy to schedule, and she was flexible and able to make it to our delivery on very short notice. The nursing staff was friendly. Sometimes there was a bit of a long wait for the Doctor after being seen by the nurse.

I was heasitant to choose Dr. Cross as my obgyn after reading many poor reviews about her and her office but wanted a doctor close to home so I decided to give her a chance. After a pregnancy bleeding scare and contacting Dr. Cross there was a major lack of empathy and urgency to attend to my care (they wanted me to wait a month to come in after the bleeding). The office staff is rude and unresponsive. I decided immediately to change my obgn (that ob saw me for bleeding immediately).
