My yearlong experience at RMA was filled with failures and feelings of neglect. From having to correct doctors on when I should be triggered, to my doctor saying he was going to do my procedure and then have him not present without notice, to asking for new protocols after several failures (only to have them not listen and have even further failures), to being told not to do things when second and third opinions felt the complete opposite, I am happy to finally feel I am on the right track and s
