Dr. Mills was extremely professional, considerate and kind. She warned me about everything that was about to happen during my appointment and check up. I even brought up the topic of having a controversial surgery done and she fully listened and respected all of my reasons and decisions behind having it done. I would 100% recommend.

Dr. Mills goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable at every visit. She thoroughly listens and addresses my concerns! Her staff is very friendly as well :) Highly recommend Dr. Mills to any of my girlfriends!

Dr.Mills is very warm and has an excellent bedside manner. She is patient and explains procedures well. I felt very comfortable. She did not rush me and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I definitely recommend Dr. Mills.

Yes. My appointment went very quickly. I came very early but still didn’t wait long to get in. The doctor came in after I had only been in the examining room a short time and the exam was quick but thorough. She listened very well to anything I had to say and is most attentive and courteous, as is her staff. It was very easy for me to get through the whole process from start to finish.

Dr. Mills delivered my second, and last kiddo almost 12 years ago. She was an amazing doctor throughout my pregnancy, and beyond. After my kiddo was born, I experienced unexpected complications. She was compassionate, calm, and extraordinarily thorough; she made sure my kiddo and I were both healthy and well, before we left the hospital, and continued to do so for months after. 12 years later, even though we do not expect to have any more kiddos, she still takes time with me, remembers my kiddos and family, and really cares about my health. I could not recommend Dr. Mills and her team more! She and team are extraordinary!

Dr. Mills was incredible throughout my entire pregnancy. I couldn’t begin to adequately convey my appreciation for her. She was calming and reassuring and I truly felt like I was in the best hands the entire time, especially during labor and delivery. I will never be able to thank her enough!

Been trying to resolve a billing issue for ten months and counting. Tia from her office is not willing to understand me or the insurance company or their own central billing. About Tara Mills for her lack of ownership. You cannot just say I don't handle billing and be part of the system.

I have been seeing Dr Mills for 15 years — even after moving away & coming back to Austin. She is so kind, attentive, professional & above all, truly cares about her patients. Her staff is also great & efficient.

Sadly disappointed. Despite her gentleness and soft voice, what appeared to be a wonderful first visit has been only forced smiles, odd negative expression and unwillingness to do a thorough check which is her job- mind you. It caught me off guard as it is night and day between her first visit and the others. It seems her negative reviews stem from patients of a diverse background which might imply something i hope it is not. When I tried to change, the next door offixe made a big deal of it and asked for their permission before changing drs to another office- very odd process and not very friendly, nor patient-centered. Shame, their offices at Renaissance group have hidden gems. I had to go to someone outside the geoup to avoid the mean secretary.

Addressed all my concerns, put me at ease. Wonderful bedside manner!
