One daughter sees Dr Nimmo for DM Type 1, the other for thyroid issues. Dr Nimmo is patient, kind & explains everything in a way they can understand! Thankful that she is available to care for my family!

Staff sucks
Dr. Nimmo is awesome. The staff, not so much. They are rude and can’t do their job. They are suppose to let people know if they need a new referral before being seen and they didn’t and so I was seen and now the insurance won’t cover it because the referral was not current. And when I talk to them they are very rude. Sad when staff brings down a doc.

Have been seeing Dr Nimmo for nearly 2 years. Can’t get a soul to answer the phones, leave a voicemail and no calls are returned, prescription refills - went three months trying to get prescriptions sent in and it took an act of Congress to finally get them called in after running out of all the supplies needed to take care and keep my diabetes under control. In hospital come in patient room and spends 5 minutes or less and moves on - just another income source, one can tell she has a large group of patients and one more patient is just another patient income source. Very disappointed!

Dr. Nimmo and her staff are amazing! Questions were answered and information is explained in a way you can understand. Called and left a message for her nurse and a call was returned within the same day.

I work in the medical field and cannot get the office to fill my RX medication after being in the office three weeks ago with APN. The triage nurses do not return their calls on a timely manner which should be returned no later than 48 hours per regulations.

Staff is very rude and impossible to deal with. We are her oldest patients & will no longer be going to her. Guess she forgets why she even has a job!

Right now I hate this Dr and her entire practice! I had to wait months to get in and now weeks to get lab results! I'm very weak and sick but I suppose you have to be ill around her schedule! I'm suffering and getting NO CARE!

Dr NImmo is a no nonsense Dr. She tells you how to correct your issues, and you either do it, and feel better or you don't and you feel bad. She is one of the doctors that takes a look at the bigger picture of your lifestyle as opposed to just sticking you on meds and passing over you. I enjoy going to see her, even though she is hard on me. the insulin pump therapy is also spot on.
