Front Desk Problems.
Dr. Horan is a great doctor who has given great individual attention and care. Her nurse Bella is an actual angel. Front Desk is rude, unhelpful, and seems to have no concept of patient care. Highly recommend the doctor if you can manage to avoid her front desk staff.

Practice Man very rude
MANAGER very rude. Didn't have any compassion for the patient. I'm pretty sure Dr Horan has no idea. I would be embarrassed if I were Dr Horan. I guess she doesn't need the business.

Dr. Horan did prescribe medication that helped me, however when there were side affects from the medications she made me feel bad about wanting another option. She does not believe in vitamins or any other methods other than those she chooses.

She is amazing. She’s very patient and thorough. She doesn’t give up until she figures out what the problem is. She’s a godsend and an angel.

Very impressive, is very down to earth and let's you know exactly she thinks is wrong with you, also does massive blood testing us to see exactly where you are in levels, what you have. I believe I'm going to enjoy her as my rheumatoid doctor . She is very informative and to the point.

Dr. Horan helped me when other multiple specialists in Houston couldn't. Who knew moving to a small town a Dr would finally fix me? She is a Rheumatoid Dr, once pharmacist, once General Practitioner = a very knowledgeable Dr with the best bedside manner. Your first encounter with her will take 2 hours as she is thorough with your history. She saved my life. Who knew the strep virus could live in your joints as mine had for years and a simple treatment to fix. I LOVE DOCTOR TERRI HORAN

Dr. Horan has treated me for psoriatic arthritis for a long time. She is careful and expert, and is willing to take the time to respond to questions and give clear explanations of her treatment decisions. When I first came to her the disease had already damaged several joints in my hands. This could not be repaired. But with her care it has not spread any further in about 20 years. All the joints in the rest of my body work smoothly, and I am nearly 80 years old.
