Do not recommend!! Im trying to get pregnant and I waited 3 months to get in for my first appointment for family planning and a well women’s. From the minute I walked into her office, it was a terrible experience. Theresa Robinson is heartless. I was completely man handled by her during my well women’s exam with her and it left me crying on the table and feeling like an animal. With tears and mascara running down my face, did she ask if I was okay? No. Did the front desk ask if I was okay? No. Did the nurse taking my lab work ask if I was okay, No. My lab work came in through the patient portal with a message that Theresa Robinson would be reaching out, 2 months later, still no call. Thank goodness she showed her true colors on the first appointment so I won’t be stuck with her delivering my babies.

When looking for a doctor you don't want someone to be a friend or buddy, you want someone who knows what they are doing and are knowledgeable, and wants to help you, I believe I'd want someone as straight forward and honest as Dr. Robinson is. She doesn't sugarcoat it, but she gives you hope for all options available despite your problems you have. She's kind, and passionate for what she does.

Dr.Robinson is very knowledgeable and thorough, she explains what she’s going to do when it’s time for your procedure. I never felt rushed and she was always there to answer my questions. She has been my gone for 2 years now and I have never had a single problem with her she doesn’t sugarcoat anything at all when it comes to women’s health, Keep up the good work I don’t know what I’ll do without her caring for me.

I seen Dr. Robinson , for the birth of my first child and I will never recommend or visit her again, she has the worse bedside manner ever. She was extremely rude to both myself and my husband during the short time she was in the delivery room

Recently went for my annual well woman exam. The office staff and nurses were all professional and responsive. My wait time was short. All COVID 19 safety precautions were being followed. Dr. Robinson was attentive, listened to and answered any concerns or questions I had. I am well pleased and satisfied with service I received.

Annual well-woman exam went exceptionally well. Short wait time. Courteous, efficient staff. Dr. Robinson was friendly and professional.

Dr Robinson & her entire team provided me with the best professional care & service & in a timely manner,,at my annual check-up. Also, I was very pleased with all the safety practices in place for protection from Covid-19.

I honestly looked at all these reviews and made the choice of switching Dr’s being that I wanted someone knowledgeable & understanding. I’m now expecting my 2nd baby 10 yrs later. Have gone to my second visit and already wanting to switch drs again because not once has she ever asked how my pregnancy is going or how I’m doing. First visit was about 3 mins & second was about the same. Never made eye contact as well. Not what I was expecting at all from these reviews.

Dr. Robinson is an excellent physician. She is an expert in her area and treats you with kindness and respect, you feel really cared for by her. I recommend her as your personal gynecologist.

Dr Robinson has been my doctor for over 27years. She delivered both of my children. She has always been patience with me when I have questions about my body. She’s the best!!!

Dr. Robinson was great, I’ve been coming to her since last March. She is very professional and made me feel comfortable during my yearly exam.

Dr. Robinson has been my OB/GYN since 2005. She has taken very good care of me always. I think that some people can be thrown off by her demeanor since she is very no-nonsense. But I have found that if you are pleasant, thoughtful and considerate of her and her staff, they will return every kindness. I have never felt rushed in my visits, and I have always felt that she has listened carefully to my concerns and reacted in a caring manner taking into account my desires, and what has been best medically. She is accessible, and I think her staff is top-notch. I would encourage patients to also use the medical portal for non-emergency questions. It is easier and faster than calling the office, and I have generally gotten responses directly from Dr. Robinson within 24-36 hours. Finally, as for wait times, I have on occasion had to wait a bit. I am patient with this because I think listening to patients is very important. I don't rush others because I don't want to be rushed.

Dr. Robinson has been my doctor for 24 years. She is very professional knowledgeable, and personable. She delivered both of my children and through the years has always asked about them. They are young adults now and I always feel as if she takes pride in them. It takes a village and I appreciate her continued care for me and interest in my children. She is appreciated.
