Dr. Thomas Faull, DO

First I was told that I could not see Dr. Faull until I saw a PA or a NP. I said I had seen Dr. Faull before and that I did not want to see a PA or NP. I am a cancer survivor and have had 10 surgeries; my case if complex. The "clinical staff" essentially told me "don't call us--we'll call you." The clinical staff added that I should not expect a quick reply and that Dr. Faull will determine if he wants to see me. The nursing staff was--at best--dismissive and pompous. I hope Dean and Dr. Faull realize the image these types of interactions create.

Over a period of several decades I have broken several bones and have had severe migraines. I have a severe reaction to narcotics and don't respond well to injections or PT. I contacted the then dept. head about a pain pump. He said my situation was ideal for this procedure then he informed me he was about to retire. He suggested Dr. Faull. I felt some trepidation due to some reviews but was delighted and amazed about how well we "clicked". I felt comfortable with him and liked him immediately. After a short period of time I had the pump was implanted but I had some serious complications that caused me to fall and break my femur. I was hospitalized for what seemed to be an eternity before going to rehab. Dr. Faull was upfront about what had happened (something I find rare in a medical professional). The pump is working splendidly with additional non-narcotic medications. I cannot express enough how much I respect Dr. Faull and would recommend him to anyone in pain.

I was referred to this clinic by my primary care doctor. I did not choose this doctor. I am a practicing urgent care Physician’s Assistant with a bad back. This doctor treated me like I was looking for drugs. I tried to tell him that I would prefer a non-medicinal route to pain management, but he did not listen or give me any time. Dr. Faull spent less than 15 minutes in the room with me for a new patient consult. I could also hear him yelling at his nurses through the exam room door. I would avoid this doctor if you are able.
