Dr. Hirota has been my wife and my daughters' dermatologist for over 13 years. My daughter is totally handicapped. He helps and treats them with their server psoriasis. Dr. Hirota is kind, approachable, patient and supportive. He answers all our questions. We've know Dr. Hirota since my time on active duty for the US Army on Fort Lewis Washington. My wife is happy with Dr. Hirota and does not want to try another doctor.

Absolutely top-notch. Very personable, knew why I was seeing him, took care to be sure I understood what was going on, and was sensitive to my comfort. Exam, diagnosis and treatment carried out expediently and caringly.

Dr. Hirorta seemed to believe that bluster supplants competence. He misdiagnosed a serious and contagious malady, thereby affecting my spouse's permanent quality of life. That, after he had been briefed on my medical history! He reveled in dermatological mediocrity and completely wasted my time and resources. He was obviously out of his element as to my condition and ultimately gave up. As a Veteran I am appalled that a doctor of such apparent ineptness continues to practice. Awful experience
