Very Successful left shoulder surgery and rehab. 5 months and back to pretty much normal. I am more than pleased with the surgery and Dr. Lyons manner of getting me through the rehab. Not something I wanted to do but VERY happy that I did! Shoulder pain and restricted movement is a thing of the past. Can't give a higher recommendation for a dreaded procedure. Thank you Dr. Lyons!

Dr Lyons has been our family’s Orthopedic doctor & surgeon for over 20 years. He has performed knee repair, knee replacement, two rotator cuff surgeries and thumb surgery on my husband. He repaired my rotator cuff with a torn bicep, also. You cannot ask for a more caring and considerate doctor for orthopedic operations and then recoveries. Times like these are very trying and he has made each of them as easy as possible. He truly cares & keeps up with his patients, making sure they will get the best outcome from their operation & physical therapy. There is no other doctor we would trust, like we do in Dr Lyons - We appreciate his care so much!

Went to Dr Lyons for extreme shoulder pain and limited range of motion. Found out I had 3 muscle tears in my shoulder with a very large bone spur. Dr. Lyons performed the 90 minute or so surgery and had me doing physical therapy within 4 days post-op. Within 2 weeks of the surgery I had gain nearly 90% of my normal range of motion. The physical therapist was also shocked at the progress so soon after surgery. I had three follow up with Dr Lyons after the surgery and PT and have healed well. Very pleased with his ability and wonderful work. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone have orthopedic surgery or issues. Absolutely amazing doctor!

Dr. Lyons has done 3 shoulder surgeries for me. All with great success. You never feel rushed on visits to his office. Dr. Lyons texted me on Sunday after surgery just to see how I was feeling. Extremely skilled, friendly and you get the feeling he cares about your well being and recovery. To me, it’s worth the hour and a half travel to his office. I know I will always get a great result. He is always prompt with his appointments as well and his staff is also always friendly.

I can’t say enough great things about my recent experience with Dr. Lyons! I was referred to Dr Lyons for what I hoped would be a minor shoulder injury, but turned out to be rather significant. I was immediately, and continue be impressed by Dr Lyons' willingness to patiently listen to me as we discussed my injury, and desired outcome. He communicated to me what was involved, and what possible outcomes may result. We then pursued the agreed upon a path of treatment with the hope of achieving my desired outcome. While my journey continues still, I can tell you that Dr Lyons, at all times, treated me respect, gave my the feedback I needed to have agency in my treatment, and was always there to listen. Dr. Lyons is an amazing doctor and surgeon. I was in considerable pain in both my shoulder and elbow. Before it was determined that surgery was going to be my best option, he worked with me through various less invasive options. He performed both surgeries, and I am now pain free! He listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. He is easily accessible and has a very caring attitude.I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Lyons.

Dr. Lyons completed my shoulder and biceps surgery last December. I am told that a surgery revision (second time) is more difficult as less tissue is available. Dr. Lyons did a great job, and I am close to 100% again.

Severely injured my shoulder in an oilfield accident. Had major concerns about the surgery I was to have, healing timelines, percentage of use over time… I’m glad I chose Dr. Lyons. Every one of my questions were answered intelligently and clearly for my understanding, him and staff were all very kind but effective and competent in their duties, and with barely any proof of surgery my shoulder and arm have no pain or other residual effects of the injury that I attribute to the knowledge, skill, execution, and capabilities of Dr. Lyons. Hopefully, I’ll never need care for another injury but if so, I’ll be back in his office!

The surgery went off without a hitch. I had much less pain than a previous surgery by another doctor on the other shoulder. The office was the most efficient doctors office I have ever been to. You arrive check in and are immediately sent to the back where an assistant greets you and interviews you. Shortly thereafter Dr. Lyons comes in and examines you. He and his staff are very personable and efficient. I was usually back in the car before the seat was cold.

Dr. Lyons did a rotator cuff and biceps tenodesis 60 days ago today. Professional staff, great hospital at Omega Hosp. and Dr. Lyons surgery worked!.. I appreciate being able to move my left arm without pain again. Highly recommended.

Dr, Lyons was very professional. He removed bone spurs, fixed my clavicle and released my bicep. Only 23 days and all is great full range of motion plus pain free. Thanks Doctor.

Recently, Dr. Lyons performed a total knee replacement on my right knee. I received caring and appropriate treatment leading up to the decision to have the surgery, as the final treatment for this condition. He is easy to talk to and extremely compassionate. His entire staff is supportive. I enjoyed interacting with the post graduate students who assisted the staff in taking temperatures and general medical information. Dr. Lyons always takes his time with you and answers all questions. In addition to my knee replacement, Dr. Lyons has successfully operated on both my wrists and my husband's knee. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Lyons from the first meeting and very confident in the care he discussed with me for fixing my broken wrist.

I experienced numbness in my little finger and muscle weakness in my hand and arm. After examination Dr. Lyons diagnosed ulnar nerve entrapment, which he confirmed with a nerve conduction study. He performed highly successful elbow surgery to free the nerve. The healing was rapid, and the scar is almost non-existent. I recovered completely in a couple of months and am back to normal, including playing golf. Thanks to Dr. Lyons and his courteous and highly professional staff. They are fantastic.
