Millman is not Mr. Charm; he is a curmudgeon. He is experienced and self-assured, and can be perceived as arrogant. When I had certain ideas in mind re: my cataract/lasik fix, he shut me down. It turns out he was right. He was not able to undo all effects of past laser procedures by a past doctor, but he gave me the best vision I have ever had without glasses. This has enabled me to drive at night safely. Priceless.

I have been Dr. Millman's patient for over 40 years, including RK surgery in the mid-90s, and have always received prompt, professional and caring service from him and his staff. I retired several years ago and just moved from the Rochester area a month ago. One of my biggest challenges is going to be finding a replacement for Dr. Millman to do my cataract surgery.
