Awesome med doctor, 100% recommended
I've been going to Dr. Spruill for my meds for several years now. It took a bit of time and experimentation to find the right combination to treat my trifecta -- anxiety, depression, and ADHD -- but Dr. Spruill listens, asks insightful questions, and works with me to be sure my meds are doing what we need them to and not what we don't need them to. I absolutely 100% recommend him. Don't go in thinking he's going to write you a prescription for Happy Pills because there's no such thing. Don't go thinking that there's a chart on the wall with symptoms and medications, because everybody is different - what works for me may not work for anyone else. Go to him if you want to find the right combination of medications to treat you, and your needs, specifically.

I trust Dr. T.Spruill 100% with my care. I had previously seen another psychiatrist who never diagnosed me correctly. Dr. Spruill did - much to my relief and mental health concerns. He has been an excellent psychiatrist who is extremely proficient at determining proper medications for me. He listens carefully asking appropriate questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Spruill to anyone seeking an honest, caring and highly qualified physician.
