Dr. Tiffanny Jones, MD

Doctor Jones and her staff are terrible. Over charging me my co pays. Not really looking over my medical history after multiple loss. Misdiagnosed me and performing unnecessary procedures and wanting to do a surgery that i did not need. Thank God I went to another specialist. He questioned he method of treatment said it was all unnecessary and she would have looked at my medical history she could have figured out why I kept MC. The new doctor ran 1 test and figured out why I was having a problem. Smh DO NOT GO TO DOCTOR JONES. ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY AND NOT HELPING PEOPLE.

During my appointment with Dr. Jones on November 21, 2022, Dr. Jones was unprofessional, rude, argumentative, and defensive. I said several times that I appreciated her moving my surgery date, my issue was with how Dina her scheduler treated me not Dr Jones. I could barely get a word in to explain without being cut off and told, she did me a favor and she would never move up a surgery for another patient. She was very rude. I have never had a doctor speak in such an argumentative tone as Dr. Jones. When it was time to go over my surgery her level of care and bedside manner had completely diminished. I had to pull teeth to go over everything concerning the outcomes of the surgery and next steps. After the dismal news she provided, I will definitely seek a second opinion.

There are no word that can express our gratefulness and appreciation for amazing level of care we received from CFC and Dr. Jones specifically! If you’re in the Dallas area and looking for fertility care, no matter what type of relationship you’re in, no matter your age, I encourage you to set up a consultation with Dr. Tiffany Jones at Conceive Fertility Center. They have 3 locations and 3 doctors associated with the brand. Dr. Jones was our primary doctor, however, we also saw Dr. Haas and Dr. Escobar for an appt or 2. I personally felt comfortable and safe with all 3 doctors. Dr. Jones is smart as a whip but sooooo down to earth. For reference: At one point we referenced Dr. Google for some reassurance about something and clicked on a link that looked informative, we start reading the article and lo and behold the interview was with Dr. Jones. We believe in conceive.

She is amazing I will refer Dr Jones to everyone I know! She was patient with me and held my hand every step of the way. She is extremely intelligent and explains the ivf process in detail. My husband and I are still in the beginning stages but I am confident in her work and have faith in her ability, experience, compassion and knowledge of this field for a successful journey. Unfortunate circumstances brought me to conceive fertility but I’m so blessed that she is my provider.
