I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Tiffany Jackson. From the moment I met her, I was impressed by her excellent bedside manner. She is incredibly kind, compassionate, and patient, always taking the time to listen to my concerns and making sure I understood every step of my care. Dr. Jackson performed my robotic surgery, and I am beyond grateful for her expertise. After years of suffering from excruciating pain, she not only healed me but also gave me my life back. Her skill, care, and dedication are unparalleled. If you’re looking for a doctor who truly cares about her patients, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Jackson!

I would highly recommend doctor Jackson and her staff. From her office staff to her nurses in the hospital. Everyone was very attentive and answered all of my questions and concerns. Even in the middle of the night when I was asking questions after hours. Doctor Jackson herself personally responded to me on the patient portal. I had an robotic hysterectomy. Thank you so much Dr. Jackson and your staff!

I am writing this on behalf of my daughter. She commends the staff for being extremely professional and polite but Tiffany Jackson should not be a doctor. She was rude and condescending. She started out by asking why she wanted a partial hysterectomy, which she has valid reasons for wanting.She is 30 and has every right to live a normal life without being stuck in bed with horrible period pain.She asked where my daughter worked and then launched in to a diatribe on her bad experience with her job. She said well if you take off for surgery they may fire you! She rolled here eyes at her when she told her that she did not want kids. She attacked her with psychological warfare using bullying tactics and insulted her intelligence by trying to convince her that she shouldn't get the surgery.She said wow you really have bad insurance and kept talking about the cost.Would she have paid for a consult if she had no money to pay for surgery?In the end she said yes we can do a full hysterectomy!

Am writing this review on behalf of my sister who has had dealings with this office. She went in for a simple case of vaginal itching and burning. Was brought back several times and sent for several procedures and spent quite a bit of money out of pocket, and they still never fixed the original issue. They are extremely aggressive in their calling and messaging to get you in for appts. and procedures. Seems all they really care about is the money. My sister still hasn't had her issue resolved and will now have to find another practice. Her advice is to STAY FAR AWAY from this doctor and this practice!!!

Rude office staff. I tried to make a new patient appointment and they told me that the doctor would only see patients that needed surgery. How could I know if I need surgery or not without seeing the doctor?

As a new patient, a cancel survivor that was thrown in to Menopause. My previous gynecologist specialist was no longer in my insurance network. I was referred to Dr. Jackson’s office. I made every effort to explain my Unusual situation. After several months, they refuse to refill my prescription. I have been without my prescription meds for several days now. I waited all day for a call from their office. They called me at 4:30 this evening to tell me they were not able to fill my prescription. Now, I need to find a new gynecologist. What kind of medical physician would leave their patient with meds? They were not willing to work with me to resolve my medical needs. Please ensure, they can provide you with the service and care that you need! I am very disappointed in Baylor Scott and White for allowing them to provide this type of service. Not a happy patient! Not recommended!
