Dr. Tiffany Werbin-Silver, MD

My visit was great! She is always makes easy work of an annual visit. She also helped me with some health concerns I was having, and put my mind at ease. My one issue, every single time, is with the office. Making an appointment is so difficult. I have to leave several messages (since calling never gets you a human anymore) and wait a week before anyone gets back to me. By then, the closest appointment is months away. In person, the office staff was very friendly. It's the phone tag that makes things so stressful!

My experience was positive. I feel the doctor is knowledgeable and very competent. I have seen her only once, due to an ongoing issue that had not been diagnosed. She was recommended to me by my primary doctor. I feel confident in her abilities and she has referred me to another specialist for treatment. I would be happy to have her as my doctor. I was not impressed with the office staff. The woman who was supposed to be at the window was "busy" having her hair "messed with" by another woman, had her back to the window and all the women sort of looked at each other while I stood there. This woman finally turned around and proceeded to check me in with what I consider to be a snotty attitude. She asked for my insurance card and I held it out. She continued on the computer. I finally put it on the counter and she gave me a nasty look. The front office is the first impression of a doctor. None of these women seemed like they wanted to be bothered by patients.

Loved dr. WS. Unfortunately every experience I’ve had with her office has been a nightmare leaving me to seek a new OB. Have never felt more like a number in my life! Never answers messages, most recently had a medical emergency with severe abdominal pain for days and the office still insisted I will not be seen for 2 weeks. This is how emergencies are handled? Seriously regretting being with this practice for my first pregnancy.

I highly recommend Dr. Werbin-Silver because she is an extraordinarily capable ob-gyn who goes the extra distance. Dr. Werbin-Silver is an outstanding doctor who is also kind and compassionate! So lucky to have found her!

Dr. Werbin-Silver was my doctor through two pregnancies, and she delivered both my children. Prior to that, I visited her for my annual exam. With each contact, Dr. Werbin-Silver provided detailed and thoughtful information, she was a steady and caring and confident presence, she listened and took time with me, and I absolutely trust her judgement completely.
