I was sent here by my doctor for a biopsy on a lump that is at the base of my neck and the top of my spine. I arrived at my appointment 15 minutes early they made me wait in the waiting room for 25 minutes then took me to the room where I waited for another 30 minutes. The Dr then came in had me sit on the bed with my back to him felt the grapefruit sized lump on my back at the base of my neck then slid his chair around to the side of me and proceeded to tell me that although he respected my Drs opinion he disagreed and that it was just fat and not the cause of my pain and told me to Google a neurologist and make an appointment. When I tried to ask a question he cut me off and said there was no reason for a biopsy because it is just fat. Then basically showed me the door! I would recommend anyone who wants real medical care to avoid this Dr at all cost!

Rude and doesn’t listen to patients
He doesn’t listen to his patients nor check their chart before he walks into the room. Also if your case is complicated and he can’t handle it. He won’t be a man and tell you that. He will just downgrades patients and won’t even listen. And said he was gonna write something that I didn’t even say in my chart. His bed side manner is horrible and I don’t even know how he’s still a dr. I Will NEVER recommend him to anyone. Stay far away from this man. I reported this man.

I just walked out of an appointment with Dr. Timothy Brown at GLPP in Jamestown. I have never before walked out of a doctor's office against medical advice. I know surgeons aren't known for their bedside manner, but he was confrontational from the moment he walked into the room, talked down to me, talked over me and informed me that his IQ is higher than mine. I have never in my life been treated so poorly by a medical professional. If you wish to be treated like a human being, stay far away from this man. I am sitting in my car crying right now due to how he treated me. I just wanted to get a darn cyst removed and biopsied. Apparently, that, and being treated with respect, is too much to ask.

Always at least an hour late to appointments. He is very disrespectful to patients and seems to have a problem with women. He cherry picks patients and will not take patients who experience pain after surgery. He will also belittle a patient instead of admitting he can't do that specific surgery. I have now spoken to other patients, professionals and nurses who have worked with him this is consistent behavior not just my experience. I have never left an appointment so offended by a doctor.

My experience with Dr. Brown was nothing but positive from beginning to end. He has a great knowledge base, gave great explainations for my questions and has a great bedside manner. I was nervous about having a procedure and he truly calmed my anxiety. My surgery and experience was a success because of him.

Horribly rude Dr. Wouldn't send my enemies to him. I've never been met with such poor bedside manner.
