Terrible surgeon
I wish I could take back my decision in choosing to trust him as a surgeon. I regret it immensely.I’m a Seattle area nurse and midwife. I have great relationships with many plastic surgeons in Washington State. I did my research. Connall focuses his practice primarily on breasts, therefore I trusted his experience. SO sad and disappointing. Surgery day:He’s rushed. Arrogant, dismissive, and a very poor listener. I wanted to leave. I should have. After the procedure, we left the surgical center, and drove 10 minutes back to our hotel. Immediately, I looked at my breasts to see the results.I was horrified. I balled my eyes out. I was disfigured. It felt like a living nightmare. My areolas were unbelievably asymmetrical. A child could have cut more precisely. My right breast was sagging, and the implant used was visually much smaller than left. I couldn’t imagine why anyone would have closed me up this way!

Still dealing with his mistakes many years later
Worst doctor ever. I saw him for fat grafting and liposuction and many years later, still disfigured. I tried to get his mistakes fixed, which cost me more than the surgery, but there really was nothing that would undo his mistakes including big dents from liposuction, divots from using wrong cannula, I assume. I have not shown my arms and upper legs in public since this surgery. I was his first surgery and he was an hour late.

I'm in the process of having a breast augmentation done and am severely annoyed by my experience with Esprit at the moment. The night before my surgery, they had to cancel and reschedule because they dont have some equipment they need. I moved my schedule around so that this date would work and cant just shuffle around my whole life again at the last minute. Plus, I've been trying to call and get this either cancelled or rescheduled and just got hung up on twice in a row. A few days later I spoke was with someone who told me they should be able to get the equipment they need in time for me to have my surgery on 1/7/20, and if not 1/10/20 at the latest. We decided to schedule tentatively for 1/7/20 and I was told if anything changed I would receive notification about the next steps. So, 1/6/20 rolls around and I haven't had any communication with anyone from Esprit at all, so I call to double check the time my surgery is scheduled for the next day. The receptionist, Jessica, informs me

He takes the time to explain things to you and shows that he really does care what is best for you. His work is amazing and if I ever need anything else done I will be going back to him. His staff are also great.

I cannot recommend Dr Connall enough. It was by pure luck I found him and I am so glad I did. He did a great job with my implant exchange and I couldn't be happier with the final results. I tell everyone about Dr Connall, he's the best!

I utilized this doctor and ended up with a horrible lifelong deformity. I trusted him and hoped he would make good on the fat grafting surgeries done for breast cancer. He did not and I am left with a deformity so horrible from his fat grafting, I cannot wear a shirt that shows the chest area at all. He left on a trip to another country, and I had to be treated by his clinic staff that caused more damage. My insurance inquired if I would sue. He has absconded all responsibility. Beware.

He botched my surgery, breast reduction smaller than I asked for (DD to C but came out less than a B), left with cleavage wings and 2 liposuctions, double pay, left me disfigured and in pain on right side and refused to refund so I can go elsewhere to get revision. He is a horrible doctor and human being.

This is my second go round with augmentation. I've never been more pleased with a doctor office and staff. They are the kindest, caring most sincere and accommodating people. Dr. Connall exceeds any expectations professionally and personably. You will not find a better doctor.

I visited for my first experience with Botox. Dr. Connall and his nurse, Angela were pleasant and very knowledgeable. I was more pleased than expected with the results. I will be back again for follow up treatments! Angela put me at ease and is very good at what she does.

Dr. Connall is absolutely wonderful, as well as his staff/support team. My experience with Dr. Connall through my first appointment, pre-op, procedure, and post-op have been nothing short of excellent. He is very personable, caring, and listened to what I wanted, and delivered exactly that. He is amazing at what he does and I would send a family member, friend, or anyone else who is looking for an outstanding PS experience to him in a heartbeat.
