He did the same surgery twice, the first time no X-rays taken what insurance did not cover he billed us for over 2,000.00

Outstanding physician. I trust him completely. He is very knowledgeable and always treats me with kindness. Wonderful staff! I can always get an appointment when needed. Wouldn’t see anyone else.

Pretty sure this person did not study Dentistry...check your description please. During an extremely scary and painful time of my life, Dr. Duffin was the only doctor who made a difference. I thought I had kidney stones after visiting with my general practitioner 3 times in one week. Got a referral for urology. Had to wait a few days for the appointment, of course. By then I was in agony. Too stubborn to just go to the ER, I continued to work through the pain. After Dr.Duffin checked for possible causes of the pain, he determined I did NOT have stones. He told us to leave his office and go to the ER. I had thrown blood clots in my lungs. I don't think I would be here today without Dr. DUffin.

I suffer with kidney stones. Dr. Duffin has treated me when I'm having an attack and hs suggested a plan to help the stones from forming once again. He is knowledgeable, caring, and listens when I'm explaining the problem. I recommend Dr. Duffin as a urologist.

Was referred for a prostrate biopsy. I was traveling for 3 weeks and wanted my results via phone. They basically refused until I threatened to contact the TN medical board. Got the results finally, all negative. Then was asked to never return. Guess some are only interested in the charge for an additional office visit. Totally unprofessional, never again.

I did not care for him and will never return. I feel like he is knowledgeable but just did not go the extra mile to help me, or just did not know how to help my condition. If you question him or state you do not understand he gets an attitude and doesn’t really answer the question. His staff with the exception of those in the front office are hateful. I felt like a cow being herded through the gate at a cattle auction.

Totally professional, compassionate, listens! I couldn't be happier with him. Hope you will check his 5 stars from the 29 other patients who reviewed him. The man knows his business and truly cares about his patients. I Recommend him highly.

Dr. Duffin is wonderful. He takes the time to explain everything and answers all questions. He and his staff are professional and friendly and made me feel comfortable the throughout my procedure. Highly recommended.

Awful experience here. I had bilateral kidney stones. I was treated like a drug addict instead of a patient. Worst doctor I have ever been to.

Nearly two years ago, I was diagnosed with bladder cancer. I was terrified and felt that "my life's journey" would be much shorter then I'd hoped. Over these past two years Dr. Duffin, and his entire staff, have turned this "journey" in to one of confidence, hope, and plans for a great future. They have provided me with a "road map" clearly explaining how, together, through treatment and follow-up, we'll beat cancer! I am so grateful to Dr. Duffin and his crew...they are incredible people.

My experience with Dr. Duffin is based on six years of being treated by him. He is without a doubt the most caring, understanding, patient oriented Physician I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He has been evaluating my health with absolute detail and with aplomb. He is considerate, thoughtful, and family oriented when he detected cancer during my annual exam. He sought a second opinion and recommended a specialist to continue treatment and surgery. Dr. Duffin has saved my life!!

Having a kidney stone is not exactly a great experience, however when I had my first kidney stone attack Dr Duffin and his staff were very quick to get me in the door, and get me taken care of . His front desk girl was very sweet and understanding. My recovery was very quick. Dr Duffin is a wonderful surgeon!

I have never been a fan of DO doctors and Dr. Duffin is the only MD trained Urologist in Clarksville, Montgomery, County. Dr. Duffin is kind, professional, caring and a friend for both my parents when they go to his office. He will see them in a timely manner and explains things so concisely.

The staff is very caring, and Dr Duffin is very honest.

I feel like i can be open and honest with Joseph. It isn't pretentious or clinical but more like friends who happen to also be your medical providers. Everyone is nice and laid back but provide great service. I've been twice and will continue to visit.

This was about the nicest experience in a doctor's office in my life. I took my elderly mother to see Dr. Duffin, and she is not a fan of any doctor. But she was put at ease, the appointment was on time and very relaxed.
