100% Recommend Dr. Farrell!
After seeing over 6 gastric doctors in my area i was eventually sent to UNC to see Dr. Farrell for Achalasia confirmation and treatment. I lost 70 pounds in about 6 months from initial on set of major symptoms and no doctors in my area knew how to help me. Dr. Ferrell quickly provided me two surgery options and did not pressure me to chose either. I chose the Heller Myotomy and he performed it in March. I have been able to eat better and drink with out any spasms or daily regurgitation. I have put on about 15 pounds since surgery and have such a better quality of life. Highly recommend Dr. Farrell!
